Ordered breakfast for 9am. Was told it would be a full breakfast delivered to room by 8.55am. At 9.15am when I rang about no breakfast, I was told it would be delivered before 10am. However, 10am is check out time and we would be charged for late checkout. We cancelled breakfast. Also there is no staff on reception and you need to phone using a mobile phone to get service. The food whilst delicious and huge took ages to order and there was no staff in the dining room for us to order dessert. Also there were light globes missing from our room.

The room was nice. The facilities were good. Dinner was lovely and huge

The one comment I would have is It has been fully renovated so there is this mixed feeling between a motel and a resort.

I was at a function and their check in time was 9 pm the latest. I arrived there at 10:30 p.m. and they were very accommodating. as I left in the early morning, I did not get a chance to see the whole complex nor their restaurant so I cannot comment. It is very tidy and clean with their surroundings.

There was some confusion about the room during check-in, but it turned out the confirmation email (which I hadn't read) stated that bed numbers needed to be confirmed, even though I had booked a two-bed room through the booking site. While this issue wasn't the venue's fault, the staff were polite and quickly resolved the problem by setting us up with a new room.

Needs more railing/hooks in the bathroom

Rooms serviced daily. Decent size rooms. Huge walk in bathroom . And having 2 chairs.

Some of the comfort things missing eg. no hooks for clothes in bathroom. No handtowel or facewasher provided. Huge shower area, but no grab rails. One packet of complimentary biscuits provided for two people, probably better to have none. Just didn't feel homely.

Location was good. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Shower pressure great.

It was OK

No complaints. We did our research and fully understood it was a Motel - it certainly is not a Resort. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Comfortable beds, but the facilties were sparse. It's a little overpriced but reasonable when compared to hotels a little further away. It suited our needs for one night.

Works coming home a trifle loud otherwise okay

1st room we were given had ants all through the bed Was given a replacement room but the cold water tap in the hand basin did not work Not enough blankets on the beds so had to sleep with the air conditioner on to stay warm.

The draft under the door allowed chain smokers next door waft in, table was extremely unstable, breakfast was so mediocre for $20, I could've gone to Dome 5 mins up the road and paid $5 more and hot a cooked breakfast. Toast was cold, eggs were hard asked for soft poached. No passion into presentation at all.

The staff were lovely,, the comfortable bed, the spa bath and Indian Restaurant was exceptional.

The room was pleasantly more spacious than I expected, was very clean, and I really liked the spa bath.
