It was a bit cold inside bedrooms and bathroom.

A very nice hotel-motel overall. The food is excellent, and the personnel are friendly. The amenities are a bit basic, especially during the winter season, but the place has its charm and is definitely worth a visit.

Highly recommend if you're doing a weekend on the Great Ocean Road and come from Melbourne. It's a beautiful quiet spot, super close to an amazing beach, and with a nice cosy vibe. The motel was clean and tidy, tastefully renovated and furnished. The bedroom had a good layout and nice decor, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice big walk-in shower. If I had to add something: a couple of small shelves in the bathroom and curtains to block the light on the small top window. The place offers breakfast and also curry at night. Overall I think it's a good place to stop for a couple of nights. Big highlight: with almost no artificial light, you can also see the Milky Way!

A nice sized room with a well fitted out bathroom. Outside was a small patio area together with convenient parking. The area around the property is lovely and exactly what we'd hoped to see. It provided the ideal stop on drive on the Great Ocean Road. I'd stay here again.

Next to the beach, a very quiet and peaceful place after all the crowds at 12 apostles. At least there are much more look out there! Very friendly! Good Food!

Would prefer the small fridge to be available to use however it was full of minibar things.

Little jewel near the ocean in a very small town. Impressed by the quality of service from the owner who helped with a health issue, the overall cleanliness of the room and the restaurant, and the maintenance of the property.

Little bit dusty around tray and blue cup was dirty. I think a couple of plates and small cuttlery would have been good too. I didn't bring toothpaste and a shower cap as I just assumed at the price that it was that there would have been a small tube and a shower cap.

Location and Breakfast were great. Beautiful dog called Molly. Loved the Artwork in the room too.

Great stay with delicious food in the in-house restaurant. Definitely recommendable and very close to some highlights at the Great Ocean Road, like the 12 Apostels, London Arch, etc.

The property was set in a picturesque location. The food was nice. We had a curry night and it’s delicious.Small walk to the ocean just across the property. The owner Andrew and Rhoda was so nice and very hospitable.

Great rooms that have beautiful decors. The location is great for families with kids as it's right next to the playground and beach. The included breakfast is basic but good. The dog on site was very cute and friendly, our kids loved her!

Great cocktails and delicious curries. A great selection of Breakfast options. Good vibe, nice music in the dining/ lounge area during happy hour. Loved the decor in the rooms, a bit quirky. Good outdoor area off the back of the room. And hosts really welcoming. Lots of personal touches.
