Fantastic location right beside the Village 8 chairlift. Food was excellent - both the included breakfast & dinners at the restaurant.

Comfortability and access to good heating in the room, dinners were delicious every night and it was good value for what we paid for the room and inclusions.

The room was certainly small and in need of a refurbishment. This was the first time we stayed in the budget rooms so we were surprised. The bed was okay but the pillows were not good. It would have been nice to have a small fridge and more shelving units.

Food was absolutely amazing. Service was great and staff were very friendly. Location is awesome.

The budget room is small but good enough for a restful night's sleep after a full day on the slopes.

Dinner, the location, and the staff—especially Mya at the front desk and Grace,Jess in the 1720 restaurant—were excellent and very friendly. Their service exceeded my expectations.

Expensive snow time, comfortable and functional with a few problems but overall great time.

Sooo expensive. So hard to get luggage in...haul over snow, climb lots of stairs. Supplies were stingy, 1 towel, 1 teaspoon, 1 soap. Very very thin pillows. No laundry but this was advised. Ski storage had to buy own padlock. TV did not work (bring your own satellite box). V hard to fill kettle in bathroom sink. Very expensive. Bought a new pair of skis for less than 1 night room cost.

Like so many on-snow accomodations, you pay for being on the snow. Hard work getting to it, but...on the snow. Staff were very nice and friendly, and there was a great view from the window. Bed was ok. Fittings were adeqaute and functional. Meals were great with excellent service. Lots of hot water. Quiet room, great heating. Small fridge worked.

The hotel did not provide an oversnow luggage service. Guests are required to lug their own luggage over the snow to the property, or pay for an external oversnow service. Whilst it’s not a long way, it was a real detractor from the holiday having to carry all our luggage several hundred metres across the snow - we couldn’t wheel it because of the snow. Given the high cost of the rooms, we wouldn’t have noticed if they’d charged us an extra $50 and met us at the ski tube to take our bags and then dropped them back there after, but we would have had a much better experience.

Location and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. Made for an easy holiday, with one exception (luggage - see below).

There is no overnight parking there which makes it hard to plan, so good to be aware of as you either have to take a taxi or the ski tube up to get there.

Great location, right next to the ski fields. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were very responsive to emails and feedback.

The bedrooms are what they are. Comfy, warm but minimal. Use the rest of the lodge to your advantage!

Perisher Manor offers such a convenient place to stay for a snow holiday!! We stayed in a budget twin which was very small but if you utilise all the space the lodge has it is no issue at all. We used our room for sleeping / dressing, the lounge areas for relaxing by the fire reading, playing games, watching Netflix and the restaurant for meals. The lodge oozes with mountain charm and style equal to a 4 star hotel. It works perfectly! Staff are super friendly and welcoming and the food provided delicious! Best part… having breakfast at 8:15am and making the first lift by 8:45am was just too convenient.

Access to the hotel initially was not easy Receptions probably were new, as they didn't now much about how we could get there (or maybe they didn't want to tell us, as it is the negative point of the hotel)

Location was great Staff were friendly Food was excellent
