AustraliaNo instruction as how to operate the spa. Pressed the button but no bubbles coming out. Mattress is slightly soft & no proper doona. Not everyone likes to sleep in aircon room.
Locked up car park & heated spa. Like the village style with choices of restaurants which is convenient.

AustraliaThe bathroom had some mould and some general signs of wear and tare to the bathroom. Found the bathroom lay out some what small and challenging. The lack of Ubers or Taxi's available at the location if you want to leave and go into town or brewery visit.
The location is great and you do have many options for drinks and meals. The beds were very comfortable and relaxing. Our room was clean and tidy, fresh towels each day and our bed was made daily.

AustraliaWe were in room 7124. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The Pool Bar being closed for renovation, already makes it disappointing but no workers on site when we arrived just before 2pm on Friday afternoon really makes it worse. Should be closed for the shortest amount of time possible, with work being carried out especially during the middle of the day on a weekday.
The location is brilliant, all the staff are so lovely and helpful even when very busy check-in periods are upon them. The room was great, very spacious and practical!

AustraliaThe lamp didn't work in our room and despite saying they'd replace it they didn't. Also the spa didn't work on the second day.
We loved the feeling of being in nature and the heated tropical pool. So green and many birds and lizards. Despite extremely heavy rain on our first day, the restaurants over the road had excellent al fresco areas and heaters. We enjoyed the whole experience and atmosphere.

AustraliaCleaning was good but some dusting could help. Recheck the glass doors in Room 3827 as they are not in symmetry and clang together.
Spa was a bonus during the cool days as the large pool was too cold. Breakfast at Season Restaurant was most commendable. Pleasant front desk staff. In particular one member cam to our room and showed us how to get the TV working.

AustraliaI booked a Hotel Pool View balcony room and had a balcony with a solid concrete railing so NO view of the Pool unless I stood up at the railing. I was wanting to sit on the balcony and take in the view. I should have just saved approximately $50 per night and got a view of the park. Extremely disappointing. Didn't get what I paid for. I did eventually say something to a lovely lady at Reception, and she gave us complimentary breakfast for our last day.

AustraliaCheck in took about 20 to 30 plus minutes which was not acceptable. Reception staff were often not at the reception counter. Furniture in room is getting chipped and dated. Shame bar in foyer overlooking pool was closed. Breakfast area gets very busy and hot food was only slightly warm at best.
Had a basic hotel room with garden view and small balcony. It was comfortable for one person and hot water in shower was consistent. Mattress was soft and comfortable. Main pool was amazing with lots of lounges and seating areas. Breakfast was nice in Season with some great choices. Free secure parking is amazing. Great resort in a fabulous location. Many great cafes very close by, I recommend the Thai.
