We stayed in a cheaper room for the first few nights and it just really wasn't worth the money. Large dirty marks on the blinds, the noise from the carpark outside made it hard to sleep, some of the furniture looked knocked around and worn out, the light switch for one of the lights was dodgy and empty hooks on the wall were I assume there used to be art just all gave it a cheap hotel room feel which was a bit disappointing when you're paying over $200 a night. Also there was a pod coffee machine but no way to heat milk so that was a bit pointless

The pool was amazing and being so close to the ferry terminal is very convenient. The view from the second room we stayed in was gorgeous

Reception staff had no communication skills and not welcoming at all. Disappointing for sure from a quality group. First impressions definitely a let down.

Our room was beautiful. Food and restaurant staff, amazing. Great pools. Close to ferry and buses, which are fantastic for getting around the island.

would have been nice to have bottles of cold water in the fridge . our room facing the ferry terminal was a bit noisy

The staff were appalling. Particularly in the restaurant. Extremely unfriendly, rude and unhelpful - made us feel we were inconveniencing them, by being there. The restaurant managers in particular were so unfriendly, rude and confrontational. Extremely unpleasant to deal with. The breakfasts were meant to run until 10.30 but by 9 everything was running out or cold. Not good enough! Also you had to pay for a coffee when there was no machine to make one.

Great position and room was fabulous if noisy as over the bus and ferry terminal. Pools are great.

Apartment could have been cleaner. Windows were very dirty. Supposed to be daily service, however, only 1 of the 3 beds was made. Some bins were emptied but not all of them.

Lovely location on the marina foreshore. Very handy for the ferry terminal (literally a stones throw). Easy to get to the bus stop to catch the bus to other areas of the island.

Just a couple little things. No housekeeping, but with a five day stay, it would be good to get clean fresh towels at least once during the five days. To use the same WHITE towel for five days is unhygienic and it gets dirty very quickly. It would have been nice to receive fresh towels after 3 nights. Also for a 5 night stay, only given one full toilet roll and one that had about half left on it. Again, stock up the toilet rolls, so we don't have to ask for more.

The two pools were very good and very clean.

The Boardwalk restaurant failed to cook my meal properly on the 2 occasions I ate here, potatoes were cold for one meal and not cooked properly and left too hard to cut through next meal, steak was overdone and menu was limited and prices way too high. Very disappointed here

The breakfast wasn’t the best, weren’t many options and only filter coffee and tea is included

We got upgraded to a better apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful view overlooking the marina. We also really liked the pool. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking tho only for drinks and nibbles

The first two nights we stayed at the third floor which was hard for me as I use a stick.

It was a studio’s with a lounge room and a comfortable bed and bathroom. Good space.

A little dated, not a lot of room for suitcase storage in bedrooms and some noise from ferry dock which was right next to our bedroom but didn’t mind as we only stayed for one night. Might have been a problem if we’d have stayed for the week for example.

Lovely property, well equipped apartments, fantastic restaurant on premises, lots of choice for breakfast and evening meals/drinks. Loved magnetic island and wished we could have spent more time there.

The position of the electric plug for the hot water jug. It had an extention cord too far away from the jug area. Also plates etc supplied but no cooking area eg micro wave. It was a little odd set up .

Only negative was 3 mature ladies having to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. Which unfortunately will turn us off staying again unless we could get an apartment on ground floor

We were on the car park side of the resort and where all the traffic lined up to board the ferry so it was quite noisy from 6am onwards

We had a studio room which was quite spacious and comfortable and it looked like great pool but was too cold for us and it was nice to sit at the bar / restaurant and over look the marina
