Staff are all friendly and helpful, a perfect stay for us with two young kids, one who loves the pool so much. Great location for us to walk to places we need to go and easy to get to. Excellent food services - you don't need to head out and can enjoy the comforts of the room.

We were very impressed with everything. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was great, as was the food. And such an excellent location. We will most definitely return.

We came in from the car park which I guess is the back entrance and it wasn’t obvious where to go to check in.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We felt special having the door opened for us whenever we left or arrived back at the hotel. The room was nice and quiet and spacious with large bathroom and seperate toilet. Quiet location.

Room wasn’t ready for 1.5 hrs after check in time. Couldn’t turn off heater in room so felt uncomfortably warm all night. Perhaps there was a way to turn it off but we couldn’t figure it out!

Really nice room and hotel in general. Luxurious feel, as you’d expect. We requested a room with spa bath and this was accommodated which was fantastic.

I came down for a medical appointment The location was great we enjoyed a meal on Exhibition Street and then in the morning a beautiful breakfast at your facility. It was a relaxing visit to the city.
