Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWell, this list will be long, firstly, the shower needs a good spray with exit mould, theres visible mould in a lot of the grout lines, it wasnt cleaned prior to our arrival. The hand soap dispenser wasnt filled, I had to get my own soap to wash our hands at the vanity. Another toilet roll would of been appreciated as well, I had to purchase more toilet rolls. Theres not even a microwave in the unit, so why there are plates with knives and forks in the unit, I just dont know, because you cant heat up any food there. There was only 1 hand towel to wipe our hands with each time we used the bathroom for the 4 days we were there. Theres only one towel rack for only one towel to dry properly in the bathroom. As for the room decor of some plants in the vases, why the owners left dead foliage in the dusty vases when there are a multitude of healthy leaves/plants right outside the door that could of been replaced with all the dead dusty foliage in the room, Ill never know ! As for the TV, well, that is the most prehistoric television we have ever used. Please, for your future guests, upgrade the tv! We tried to plug our laptop into the tv so we could watch Netflix, but the tv is so old that it just wasnt possible to do so. The room really needs a small couch to sit on as well. It would of been better to have a smaller bathroom and add a couch to the bedroom area instead of having the high table with high chairs that are uncomfortable. It was my mistake booking this room as we were wanting a swim out room, this was definitely not anything that we expected. We will never recommend Sea Temple to anyone.
The only semi good thing about this accommodation was the bed, it was comfortable, although the bed does need side support. Having worked in a bedding organisation for over 10 years, I can tell you that side support is extremely important. My husband I, both rolled out of the bed when we slept on our sides. Side support stops this from happening.

AustraliaRoom was not as advertised, title alludes to direct pool access however it is just a pool view. No private sun lounges etc. It was also unclear that the room is independently managed, it is ‘airBnB’ style, so no daily room servicing, had to clean own rubbish etc and minimal toiletries provided. TV old and only had poor quality free to air, no ability to connect streaming services. Poor and unreliable WiFi.
