Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Was great in general. A minor issue was the loudness of the reverse cycle air con/heater.
Very friendly and accommodating. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Host kindly had the room warmed up for us when we arrived.

Spotlessly clean room. Thoughtfully decorated Comfortable bed. Very well maintained grounds. The location was great close to shops and restaurants but quiet. Very friendly welcome on arrival. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. The room was spotless, the pillows and bed were comfortable. The power cube next to the bed allowed me to plug in my CPAP machine.

Very hospitable and clean. Provided extras like a toaster, plus, carport for vehicle. Despite its vintage it is well maintained. We ended up staying another night

Our room was amazing, clean and spacious, Very comfortable beds and quiet location made for a great nights sleep Loved the undercover car space right outside your door. Very friendly staff. only minutes way with the city center Would stay there again

Loved everything
We were greeted by our hosts, Jackie and Ron who made us feel welcome and right at home. Jackie gave us lots of information on what to do, and dinner recommendations. Our room was amazing, clean and spacious, with lots of touches to make us feel comfortable. Very comfortable beds and quiet location made for a great nights sleep. Outside there was plenty of parking for trailers, shade covered seating by the pool, and BBQ facilities. Wished we were staying longer. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness of room and facilities provided in room eg: microwave. Toaster, crockery, cutlery., Pool was kept clean and towels provided. Friendly ready to please staff. Quiet position although on a busy road , no traffic noise . Very close to every kind of shopping facility, doctor , dentist etc. Well priced with more on offer than some expensive hotels!

Room and facilities were excellent, and dangling feet in the pool was a perfect way to cool off after a hot day

We have stayed previously at Orana, but each time we visit we find improvements. It just gets better and better. It is a simple, "mum and dad" run motel with lovely friendly managers who go out of their way to make sure our stay is as wonderful as possible. We particularly enjoyed the pool with supplied pool towels. Each day the room is cleaned and serviced to the highest standard. The price is amazing for what is included. Fantastic location (a few steps away from a great pub, a supermarket, bottleshop and On the Run servo) and pretty much half way between Mildura and Red Cliffs.
