Because we had some wet days it would have been nice to have a dryer to dry the clothes and a casserole dish in the kitchen for cooking.

I liked the fact there was plenty of room for both the car and camper and there was plenty of room in the house. Also the location was close to the beach and close enough to Perth Central.

We had a wonderful stay – the apartment was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. The only minor issue was the air-conditioning, which was a little dated. We happened to be there during an unusual heatwave in Perth, so the weather made it more noticeable. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed our time.

A spotless well equipped home, great spot close to the beach. Kitchen has all you could need. Wonderful view of kite surfing, a cool sea breeze is available with large windows that open to the sea. The house has a real family feel. I could almost hear the laughter in this home from the family who lived there in the past. One thing to note the main living, some bedrooms and kitchen are located up stairs. Hence the great view. No problem for our family. The home is very private and secure. Easy walk to great cafe, with wonderful coffee. We loved every thing about the home and will return.

Wonderful, spacious house for our large group of kitesurfers. Brilliant location for us, within walking distance of the Pond. Lovely kitchen and dinning room. Amazing BBQ too. Thank you Melissa for hosting us beautifully.

Good sized bedrooms, nice big living area. The place was very clean and had everything you could want. Great location for places we wanted to visit. Beach close by and Rockingham less than 10 minutes away. There were some shops and a restaurant just a short walk away.

The pictures are slightly deceptive as the external paving area is not usable for parking. However it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. We hadn’t read the property description properly either and didn’t realise that the house didn’t provide wifi. As we traveled there from NZ the lack of wifi was inconvenient as we initially found it challenging to connect to the local networks.

It was spacious and we enjoyed the view from the living room. We also appreciated access and use of a 2nd bathroom including shower.

The location is superb, with great views. The house is spacious and comfortable for 12 people. The kitchen is complete with all basic necessities. It was a cold weather during our stay so heaters in each room and at hall really helps. Owner is very helpful before, during and after our stay. We had a good time and we highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property, very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Bedrooms were a very good size, and beds were comfortable. Property is very central to shopping malls, and only a short walk to the beach. Safe location. Melissa was a pleasure to deal with. She made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend this place.
