The ceiling tiles and metal strip in the shower of the main bathroom fell on top of my daughter’s head when she was using it. These ceiling tiles were not secure. Photos were taken. The receptionist Gemma, was disrespect when queried on the bond that is now required on top of paying for the rooms. She asked “did we want to cancel the booking?” And said it very condescendingly to my husband. He was very unimpressed, asked for her name, she provided her Christian name but said “ I won’t give you my surname nor would she give her title” he was very unimpressed.

Bedrooms a great size, beds were very comfort , bed linen was lovely, towels were lovely, no hand towels though, toiletries were great.

Lift button confusion - having to use a different button pad in each lift for going down to Reception/Ground floor as opposed to when going up to our Apartment rooms. Noisy air conditioning which needed to use as lot of traffic noise if opened sliding balcony doors for ventilation. No hand towels supplied - got an extra bath towel from Reception when asked for one. Kitchen cupboard door nearly off hinges. Inadequate supply of cutlery & utensils for food preparation (I.e. no small paring knives for cutting fruit or vegetables) although having a full kitchen.

Great location near Brisbane city centre & Central Train Station. And friendly staff. Good views from our balcony on 13th floor.

The air conditioner was noisy. We had to move the couches to watch TV. Basic tea and coffee facilities but no milk provided to get you started. Unfortunately, there were road works during the night which were very noisy and could be heard in the corner bedroom.

The hotel location was close to the train station and walking distance to the centre of the City. The bed was very comfortable.

A small thing, but in the kitchen, it would have helped to have a dishcloth to wipe the bench instead of a single paper towel. Even if you're only there for two nights, one paper towel is quickly inadequate. Bathroom was a bit dated and not as nice as the rest of the apartment, but still functional. Hand soap was too perfumed for me. Road works were happening below on the first night, but that's unavoidable at times.

I absolutely loved this place. Location was very handy to Central Station and two Woolworths Metros, apartment was nicely furnished (modern with interesting photographs on the walls), having a corner balcony to sit on in the sun was bliss. All staff were very helpful. Would happily stay here again.
