Australiawe missed out on a water view apartment as we were ground floor - we booked a year in advance so that was a little disappointing for the price paid. Next time I would make sure we booked a room on a higher floor.
Pool was great, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. the location was great to walk to restaurants or fishing. Great for kids.

The property was clean, modern, comfortable, very secure and well run. The pool was particularly enjoyable, long enough to swim laps and to provide space for splashing children and non-splashing adults alike. 😀

It is set in a very quiet location close to the Gardens hotel, which offers beautiful food at great prices. The resort is within walking distance to the beautiful Tea Gardens ferry. my kids love the pool, surrounding area is very very safe, we can go around with scooters, there are Thai and Chinese take away nearby, also fish and chip, Ice Cream, and bakeries nearby. The apartment itself is perfect for family, 2 bathroom, kitchen, laundry and sizeable balconies for having dinner is a plus

AustraliaWhile the beds were extremely comfortable the lounge chairs were a bit lacking in support. While they look ok they were not very comfortable. Some of the kitchen geer is a bit dated or not very serviceable. The old toaster was immediately replaced by the manager for which we were grateful. We wre also gratified by the fact that the only noisy paeriod in our stay was the first weekend with a few really noisy small chidren in the pool. The very fact that the pool is so accessible can also be a drawback if there happens to be an "invasion" of unruly kids (although there is an abundance of signage warning of low tolerance of such behaviour)
The pool was amazing and the main drawcard. All the facilities and areas around the building are well maintained with good security while still being accessible and with a friendly vibe. The mix of hotelstyle guests and permanent owner/residents makes a comfortable quiet vibe and for the most part all the people we met during our weeklong stay were all charming. It was a good thing that we had a reasonably well equiped kitchen also, due to our need to cook our own style of food due to dietary constraints. Many other "resorts" only have a restaurant option. The spa bath in the main bathroom was also an added luxurious bonus. Very relaxing.
