The pre communication was terrible by Leah leaving me no information on how to check in or store luggage or access car park. Online chat was pathetic. The phone call on the day to call contact was brilliant and even called me back with updated information. Although No access or check in email was sent with changeover in name since booking blamed.

On booking the property through booking.com I thought it was confirmed however I didn't have an address and only way to get address was by completing an online form which was ran by a third company. The link they sent was not working and the robot chat didn't help either. I tried calling the number in the message and it rang out. Someone then called me and explained what the process was and I said the link wasn't loading and the cab needed an address. They didn't help me. Luckily the lovely receptionist called me when I was almost to the city and she gave me the address and said it was an error with the system. Not a very convenient system as it did take up our time and I was worried we couldn't check in.

Friendly staff and love that it is 24 hour service. Receptionist was kind and very helpful. Elevators in good working order and very smooth. Perfect view from level 28

There was no soap in the pump bottles. I had my own so I didn’t raise it. I requested a cot for my infant but was provided a fold out bed. I didn’t raise this either and just slept with the baby. I’m sure the staff would have rectified both issues happily.

The property was clean and well laid out. Excellent location for our visit. Staff were mainly helpful and friendly. Safe for our baby to crawl around happily.

Bathroom needs attention. Black mould, exhaust fans don't work. Hand rail loose and wobbly. Toilet cistern constantly running. Lounge chair worn through on arm padding. Mattress protector covered in yellow/brown suspect stains.

One of the beds was not balance. It was big and fits 3 people but it was not comfy.

The rooms were big and the heater was a life saver from the Melbourne winter.

Shower over bath was quite slippery. Water pressure in shower was weak. Bedroom was cold, air-conditioning in main room did not warm the bedroom.

In the original room we booked which was much much cheaper the second bedroom had no windows. Must be a permissable thing in Victoria as I have noticed it now in a few properties. Not a bad thing I just should have realised.

We got upgraded and the room was amazing. Magnificent views. Great furnishings. Comfy bed. Fabulous location

We stayed on the top floor. The unit was clean, spacious with fantastic views. We also thought it was terrific value for money and the location perfect for what we were doing. Staff were very friendly and i have recommended to my friends and colleagues

We were in room 2404, a 2 bed apartment, 2 bathrooms. All was good other than the 2nd bedroom with the ensuite was very cold at night as the heating (warm air) didn't quite make it to the far bedroom. Other than that good value for money !!
