I was on the 4th floor, room 21, there were gaps in the windows that let wind and noise flow freely through the apartment. The air conditioning sometimes didn’t work. Bloody freezing when the AC didn’t work. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Induction cooktop didn’t work, due to the wrong cookware.

It was a 1 bedroom apartment, great location, close to restaurants etc. Great lounge settings, laundry in apartment was awesome, solid wood furnishings 👍

The only thing, is if we stayed again, we were on level 2, we would request a higher level apartment, to cut out some of the traffic noise. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Our apartment was awesome, roomy and very comfortable. We walked into a clean apartment with everything we needed. Grounds were lovely and it was a great location, a very short walk to the river, was lovely looking out at the water.

Noisy at night from restaurant /bar. Traffic noise. Late check ins can be problematic. Our apartment's shower had very poor drainage so entire floor of the bathroom got very wet and had to be mopped after each shower.

Great location, very close to supermarket, ferry stop and restaurants. 5 minute walk to beach.

they do have steps at the front, and the driveway is at an incline, but we used the underground carpark exit when we walked out and around the area. People with mobility issues or equipment easy to use this entry

they gave us an upgrade room with a stunning 180 degree view and down the river. Kitchen fully catered with equipment. bed very comfortable, settees comfy too

Cleanliness lacking, corners of rooms & skirting very grubby, laundry & extractor fan in kitchen were filthy, lots of dishes were not clean. Apartment requires a really good top to bottom clean.

Our family group of 9 stayed in 2 apartments. Both were spacious and had fantastic views. Reasonably clean, beds ok and helpful staff. Great location to holiday.

There was an unpleasant smell from the sewage system in the living room, and it was uncomfortable to stay there unless the room was aired out.

We stayed as a family with a small child. I really liked the location—it’s in a quiet area but still close to the beach and the main street with cafes. It’s convenient that there are three pools. The rooms are spacious and look just like in the photos. The view from them is simply wonderful, overlooking the bay. Public transport stops are also located right next to the apartments, which is very convenient. We were very satisfied and would love to come back here again.

The carpark height said 2.1 but we struggled to go under the roof as you drove further into the carpark. 4x4 wheel drive. We can fit under 2mtr car parks. Needed extra t-towels, dish cloths, dish liquid, sugar. The lounge aircon remote needed batteries. The apartment needed airing out, was very musty. Otherwise lovely apartment.

The view was awesome, cleaniness of apartment, washing machine, dryer, decor was lovely, Pool was nice and warm. BBQ area was well kept, easy to use and clean. Street noise was okay could still sleep. Matress on double bed was very comfy.
