This is our fifth holiday at this property nothing needs to improve other than being able to come again.

We love how close it is to the beach and walking trails. We love the views and the relaxing atmosphere. We love how it’s the middle of winter but we were cosy and warm from the wood fire and could still enjoy the view with the wonderful glass frontage of the property.

There were only four cereal bowls for a house that sleeps 6. There was no laundry basket.We had a very pleasant stay.

The view is stunning, easy to take the kids down to the beach, very clean house equipped with all the necessary things needed.

Undercover parking would be great in mid-summer.

The location just 500m from the ferry terminal, 100m from the beach, and 600m from the pub and restaurants made the location exceptionally good. The property is extremely well fitted out and maintained, even down to supplies of spices and a Nespresso ! It was a home away from home. Cannot recommend it too highly. Would certainly stay again.

We can’t find fault in anything at the property.

The view is excellent, close to everything you could need. The property is self contained and you only need food and clothes. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Relaxing atmosphere and lifestyle easy to get used to, this was our fourth stay.

The only downside we could think of was the showers. Not sure if both the same but one at end of corridor we thought could do with an upgrade of shower head, or a double which includes a flexible head . Our previous accom this trip was Magnolia at Emu Bay with gorgeous bathrooms. Perhaps fewer, shorter emails prior to our stay would have been better also, just stating relevant information.

Loved the wonderful views, fabulous open plan living area and dream kitchen. Came away with a few ideas to try at home. Also very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was so well stocked and the well equipped laundry was perfect to facilitate drying our clothes during rainy weather.

It was a home away from home. Millpond had everything you could think of available in house, stunning views of Hog bay. Would recommend to everyone. Millponds host were fantastic, good communication and very helpful. Will definitely try and get millpond for our next trip to KI.

That we had to go home we loved everything. I can’t fault anything because it has what our family needs. There were no problems for us.

The views are excellent and it’s close to the beach. The house is equipped with great facilities. The wi-fi is excellent and easy to connect to. A great home base for all of the sight-seeing we wanted to do. Close to the jetty if you like fishing like we do. The picture is the wonderful view from the front door.

Millpond is wonderful, a real ‘home from home’. Our second visit and, once again, we didn’t want to leave. Friends we brought with us were amazed at the spectacular location and quality of this ‘home’.
