It had just been re-painted and the smell of paint really stung my eyes and the bathroom floor had painted splatter everywhere.

Was walking distance to pretty much everything that we wanted to do , Warrnambool has lovely clean beaches and shops , we walked 10km a day for our fitness goals xx

- There was mess out side on the walkway / car park due to the room renovations. - There seemed to be people loitering in the car park. - Between 1.30am & 3.30am there were people sitting outside and talking near our room. I understand it’s not the hotel’s fault but it was odd as it was freezing out there.

- The room was clean and there was nice a king bed & single in the family room - The room had just been renovated and painted. - Nice touches with tea, biscuits and good toiletries.

Needs renovation, but I can see renovation is currently going. So once it done it will be beautiful place. Main things are carpet and window curtain - they look very old. All others were good.

The fact that it's Taken 6 days and the $50 Holding bond has not been returned after 6 days is way to long considering nothing was consumed from Mini Bar or no reason to hold.

rusty kettle and needed more tea bags

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. High end linen. Could have done with a few extra tea bags and mugs, kettle was rusty. Convenient location. Its on the main road, but we didnt notice any traffic noise and generally was quiet. Pool looked good, but we stayed during winter and it rained the whole weekend. Overall - good

Only minor issues: Took a while to figure out the shower settings - the water gets either very hot or very cold. Room can get somewhat gloomy and dark.

Perfect for a short stay. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, walking distance from Warnambool station with easy access to a lot of the nearby attractions. Staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. I did not use any of the amenities. Bathroom in my room looked very recently refurbished and was clean.

The bathroom needs to be updated. There were ants in the bathroom. The hot water took awhile to come once the tap was turned on.

There were a couple of things that could have been fixed quite easily. The two lamp shades in the room are visibly worn and need to be replaced, as well as a fly screen hanging off the window and not secured properly.

The room was really clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Great location proximity wise to the town centre and other areas of interest in Warrnambool. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Food left in the fridge from previous guest .mould in shower and on roof in bathroom. Left me questioning how well room has been really cleaned No breakfast service Saturday through Monday . I booked this hotel as it listed breakfast available on the booking.com website

stains on the floor, it didn't bother me more, but they have to let us know before, and also there is a chance that they can put on me while checking out, so I mentioned them immediately when I entered the room, and a couple of flies disturbed me the whole night
