    Staff were nice. Close for I needed for work.

    The aircon not being able to change. Floor sticky, light coming under the doors. Shower was mouldy in the doors. Cutlery dirty. Curtains smelt dusty and olds

    room and beds were fantastic and the room service is amazing

    i was in room 103 and the air con constantly made bad noises it was that bad you had to turn it off to sleep

    Beds were comfy and room was spacious. It was easy to find close parking and staff were helpful and polite.

    Booked a family room and beds were squashed next to each other and covering light switches and PowerPoint's. The bathroom needed a good scrub as floor tiles felt dirty and the shower had some mould.

    This hotel is in a very good location and the best thing is that the room was very clean and great care is taken to keep it clean. I am very satisfied there.

    If I have to go there again, I will book this hotel again because it has every market and shopping center nearby that can meet your needs.

    Manager from thursd night went out of her way to make sure me and my family wer comfortable dispite the late checkin long hours drive she made sure we checked into a room that was suited for us for a good nights rest. Unfortunately i didnt catch her name again me and my family thank u for the bottom of our hearts for your kindness esp when u didnt have too. Also manager fr friday day also was so kind to us. Because of the managers we are now only ever going to come mercure every time we come sydney . Use both made our stay a easy comfortable relxed one. Thankyou

    Getting woken up at midnight by hotel staff to check the room occupation due to computer failure - very unprofessional and then I couldn’t sleep - maybe offered a free nights accommodation for compensation

    We arrived at the property and it surprised us as it was a self check in process that I liked . Then we got tour room to find a couple of gifts explaining we got the lucky guest surprise of the day . Now this was a lovely surprise after the week we have had

    Great location. Close to train station

    Bed was terrible. Don’t think I have ever slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my life.

    We love to go to Eastern creek for brashanates...drag racing and drifters so the location is quite close...very comfy room.. The cleaning staff on level 2 was awesome..she mad us feel welcome offering us extra towels..anything g we may need...she was lovely..she was there sat 23th in the afternoon

    Mmm...the fridge seemed warm...I think it needs defrosting...our room was 228..just check on that...but everything else was fine
