We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaSlightly difficult to locate hotel , shares reception with another with different name. Access from car park to hotel not straightforward. Booking included $75 food and drink credit but on checking out we were told this didn't include the mini bar and were charged extra. This wasn't apparent on our booking information or check in.
Room was great, spacious and modern with views out over wave pool and marina. Nice bathroom. Location was good for our connection to Cruise boat the next day and lots of eating/drinking options, walking distance to Darwin CBD via escalator.

I was staying three nights as part of a Ghan package, and I’d booked another night. The staff on duty arranged it so I didn’t have to change rooms or get a new key. Their attitude and enthusiasm were exemplary.

Location is top notch. Everything is right there...lagoon, sun lounges, numerous restaurants plus it's an easy walk up to Mitchell St for Coles and other shopping.
