How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There are a few steps between the carpark and the unit. It wasn’t an issue for me, but just make sure it’s manageable for you as well.
The units are spacious and well designed, making the stay very comfortable. The apartment complex itself has a pleasant layout that adds to the overall experience. The reception staff were polite and friendly. This was my second stay here, and once again it lived up to expectations.

Dust. there was too much dust under the lounge and the aircon hadn't been cleaned in some time which set of mine and my son's allergic reactions.
room set up and amenities were great , I could cook dinner every night, little balcony was private and had a nice out view of camelias in bloom.

One window was unable to close properly but aside from that, the apartment was quiet and clean and in an excellent spot.
The apartments are in a great location, walking distance to local shops, Parliament House, Parliamentary triangle. Reception staff were pleasant and available when we needed.

The first room we stayed in was filthy there were stains on the carpet, the sofa was filthy and there was cereal found under the tv stand and in the sofa cushions from previous guests. The sheets were stained yellow from previous guests also so several members wouldn't sleep in the sheets, the sheets also were open with no fasteners to seal in the duna. There were dead flies and bugs throughout the bedroom also. The staff did move us to another room that was much cleaner but the sheets still didn't cover the duna it just sat on it. And there were still stains of some kind on the actual sheets but it was better than the first room. Also the pots pans and utensils and cookware were far from clean
The location was amazing and staff were polite and tried to accommodate us the bathroom was spotless and the room size was good and there was a good size kitchen to cook in. There was a pool which was nice (didn't get to use it but its a great addition) and everything is really near by or walking distance.

The only thing I didnt like is the oven wasn’t cleaned - there are some bread crumbs on the tray. But overall stay is good and definitely will book this property again in Canberra.
Location is close to shops and restaurants. Old but well maintained apartment. Clean surroundings. Spacious bedrooms. Quiet surroundings especially during night time.

Bathroom and kitchen very dated and chipped throughout (room 123). Carpet, thread bear in spots. Garages in basement overflowing. Lights outside bedroom 2 window very bright all night. Car spaces very tight.

Our room was a long walk from the lift with several groups of steps on the way - difficult with luggage.

Very few cooking implements and very small kitchen. Our last experience had a great kitchen and allowed us to prepare meals but this one is more suited to guests who wish to eat out for all meals.
Have stayed here before and love the location. Lovely quiet and private apartment. Great to have a washing machine and dryer.

Apartment could do with a deep clean of areas like carpet and blinds. Additional fee to park in narrow and hard to come by spots.
