How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Yes, there is no downstairs toilet or bathtub which i would have loved .. but everything was perfect regardless! Zero complaints here.
We've stayed all over the country, and this has been a stand-out! Beautifully appointed apartment, super clean, excellent staff from management to cleaners.... awesome experience all round, we'll definitely be back! Pub next door has excellent food and cocktails. The welcome basket of snacks and drinks in the kitchen is a friendly personal touch and much appreciated after a long drive 👏 full kitchen and BBQ facilities are perfect if you're saving coin and cooking for yourselves. Gorgeous brass and copper finishes and beautiful local photography / art throughout. Loved every bit!

Only one toilet upstairs Traffic noise was more than I expected You had to get out of bed to turn off the lights if you wanted to read in bed. A reading lamp would have been nice.
The townhouse was very well presented. The beds were comfortable. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I think having a toilet down stairs as well as up stairs would be more convenient. I also had problems with getting the key code to work on the back door. Front door was fine so there may be a problem with the device. We were in unit 5
Location new facilities and small garden also near the Paragon hotel but quiet was very convenient for a dinner option

If I had to say anything my only comment would be that it would have been nice to have a king bed. Really though that is really a minor “complaint”!

It's a two storey 2bedroom dwelling so it really needs a downstairs toilet. All guests need to be physically able to use the steep staircase, as both bedrooms & the shared bathroom are all upstairs.
Wonderful location. A beautiful & well appointed terrace. The appliances are great & the little extras are appreciated. It’s a spacious, warm & comfy terrace. Parking was excellent.

We felt it really needs a second Toilite downstairs to cater for the guests.
The unit was very comfortable and central to town. Lovely decor.

Small thing—the emails received before arrival were a bit confusing.
Very clean and spacious with everything you could need. Everything worked well, off street parking was a dream and the property was nice and close to the city and its cafes. The best thing was the pub next door—we were lucky enough o be there on their anniversary and drinks were free! Food was also great!

The heating was a little tricky to moderate the temperature and additional blankets for those who don’t like sleeping under doonas or need extra warmth would be good (or to snuggle under on the couch!) Also, we were surprised that the large master bedroom only had a queen bed, despite the headboard being a king size and the room plenty big enough to fit a larger bed. A king bed (potentially one that can be split into 2 king singles) would make the property more flexible and comfortable for those travelling with children and groups of friends.
Beautifully appointed. The welcome hamper was an unexpected treat!

We loved the apartment. It was modern and spacious and warm on what were very cold days that we stayed there. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When we left we left some small items behind and they were sent back to us in Sydney a few days later

Communication re entry code and Wifi password was confusing. No coffee sachets. Only capsules with no instrcutions for using the coffee machine. We are not machine users.

Location is great. Our kids loved the welcome snacks in the apartment . Comfy beds. Good shower. Well appointed kitchen. Beautiful decor. Plenty of space. Parking right at rear of apartment. Would absolutely stay there again if visiting Mudgee.
