Very warm and welcoming! 😊 the price was reasonable, the room was very spacious and clean, the helpful video before the stay is great to know how to get in! This master room was absolutely spotless and very well equipped, just 15 minutes from the airport, making it perfect for a night before or after a flight. It truly felt like home, with the comfort and quality of a high-end hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space was quiet and relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. An ideal place if you’re looking for both convenience and comfort!

Roundabout and main road access a bit noisy at times.

Located close to the airport. Very clean and tidy. Huge TV with Netflix & Prime. Rolling shutters on windows for added safety. Very comfy kingsize bed. Access to all appliances and ammenities. Central a/c & heating system. Our room had its own ensuite with shower gels and clean towels. Across the road is an open park for short nature walks. Easy accessible to taxis and share rides. Our host, Angus, was very welcoming and friendly. A Youtube link will be sent to explain access to the property and all other instructions needed, which we found very helpful and professional. Big thank you to Angus for having us. Highly recommend for a great stay. Home, away from home.

Not a dislike, but a heads-up: the house is on the corner of a roundabout intersection. Apple Maps kept trying to insist the front of the house is on Tigris Way, which it is not. The front of the house is on Amazon Drive.

My husband and I stayed at Angus’s home so we could attend a nearby geek conference and our stay was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout shutters on the windows good, and we slept like a log every night, waking up very refreshed. Shower was hot and good pressure. We loved the geek themed art through the house and in our room. The house is also close to a few shopping areas, so picking things up for food is not much of an issues. Angus and his friend, and Simba the dog, are lovely hosts. Would stay here again.

Nothing I can think of…but you need a car

It was very clean. The owner is looking after so well. I slept really well because the windows were sheltered and it was dark! I was also pleased that it was a king size bed. The value is much better than the price of accommodation in Perth. I would use it again. Thanks.

Just be aware that there is a sign in the shower to take only 3 minute showers to save water - which we understand but 3 minutes is quite short! 😅

The bed was an incredible size! And the apartment is really tastefully decorated! Angus and his friend were great hosts and left us to it but were more than happy to have a chat too! Location to airport is perfect if driving and Angus offers parking on the drive.

We had such a great stay! Angus, the owner, is super welcoming and made us feel really at home. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and we felt really safe and relaxed during our 2-night stay. Thanks so much, Angus, for letting us stay in your lovely home! The location’s awesome too—about 20 mins from the airport, 20 mins from a beautiful beach, and there’s an IGA nearby for groceries. Would totally recommend!

Due to the open layout of the area, sound can carry which can be quite loud at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this Beechboro accommodation! The host was incredibly nice and helpful. The house was very clean, modern, and filled with beautiful artwork. Simba, the host's adorable dog, was the highlight of my visit—such a delight! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and artistic retreat.

1. Since it is a home, wasn't sure what to use and what not to use, so we only used the obvious stuff. For example, I didn't realise there was a toaster in the storage area, until another couple brought it out and used it. 2. AC is central, so it's either on or off. It was either stuffy or too cold for us, so I didn't sleep very well. The bed was very comfortable though.

Charming apartment, with good amenities. Lots of anime/art work to look at. The location is very nice as well. Two of the bedrooms are rented out, so you may meet other visitors, and the two couples we met during our three day stay were all very polite and friendly, and there was no noise or disturbance, so it was a nice quiet stay for us

We had a very nice stay, the host is a very friendly and helpful person, the room was clean and nice with beautiful plants that were creating a nice atmosphere. Definitely good value for money, recommend :) And also a cute doggy to pet:)
