We weren’t shown to the property.The keys had to be picked up and a different property.When we located the property we were staying in,the keys had 93 on the tag.After finding the entry to the property it was confusing which room was ours as the key tag said 93.

The fridge didn't work, it was on but not cold, the freeezer was just full of ice. There were some quirky bits like the plantation shutters didn't open because of the balcony rail.

The View, the bed, the unit itself was great. The location was awesome.

3 x flights of stairs to get to apartment and property is quite worn and in need of an upgrade. Shutters on balcony don’t work and block view. Shower has mould.

Having to walk up & carry up luggage to top floor. Dirty laundry & entrance hall. No inside table to sit at or to prepare food. No "kitchen" sink or tap. No wine glasses, only champagne glasses. Bathroom lighting broken; lights fluctuate on & off. Balcony unusable in wet weather due to leaking ceiling, causing a large balcony waterfall that splashed inside with the door opened. Balcony "grotty"; dirty window ledges. Dirty, old, unstable, small balcony table. Uncomfortable balcony chairs. Rusted metal on bedside table lamps. Having to fill the electric jug by leaning over the Spa bath due to the tiny bathroom sink preventing a jug from being placed under the tap. The apartment is advertised as a self contained when it is only equivalent to a motel room with no food preparation or washing up facility. If we had had the energy, after a long 8 hour trip, to decline to stay there & drag ourselves, as an older couple, up & down the stairs, we would have sought alternative accommodation. Summary - tired & in need of major maintenance.

The sink didn’t drain properly, the Foxtel didn’t work nor did the wifi password and the fan was broken. Couldn’t wash our dishes or really prepare any food. The pool is also separate entry so have to go back out onto the street to get in and isn’t very comfortable to lay around the side of. It also wasn’t very clean. Over priced for what you get

The stairs, were a trip hazard. My husband fell down them after rainfall and pooling of water on landing. The studio was roomy but very tired and needed maintenance. There was only linen for the bed and pillowcases for two pillows. Usually spare or extra pillows have clean pillowcases on them. Spare pillows only had soiled pillowcase protectors on them. Bathroom basin was not clean and toilet bowl needed a scrub. The ceiling of the outdoor covered patio was leaking during heavy rain. Under the bed looked like it had not been vacuumed for a very long time.

We didnt have access to the pool. The furniture was scratched and in poor condition. No TV instructions for Netflix and no one to ask for help.

Pictures of apartment booked were not the same as the apartment received, now those pictures are not on the booking.com listing anymore. Original price was $260/night and was charged $320 when I reduced it to one night. This is not acceptable, especially when the room is in 3 star disrepair. We could have stayed elsewhere for the same price and better facilities. No car parking on site. Pictures also show they use Loccitaine bathroom products which is not true. Required cleaning in shower recess and the door.

Well the main issue was the wifi internet did not work. I reported it to the Paradiso reception on Day 1.... nothing happened. reported it again on Day 2 and asked what happened after my report yesterday. I was told they just forwarded my issue to someone else and they would do the same again today...I left feeling they were not really interested...all care no responsibility. Day 3 I gave up chasing the issue. on day 4 I saw a maintenance guy and asked him about it. He said it should be fixed and soon after I got a call saying someone will be over in the afternoon to sort it out. We waited. No one came. No follow up call. Day 5 gave up on the issue. Day 6 gave up and checked out....not really a big issue except for the fact no one other than the maintenance guy seemed to be bothered to do anything. disappointing

Beautiful location. Room very comfortable. nice bathroom. plunge pool was unexpectedly really nice. We had great weather...

needs a lot of updating and cleaning - outside area and was filthy covered in other people wet muddy footprints and the inside was really dusty and not clean. There were toenail clippers left in one of the kitchen cupboards by a previous guest and overall the property wasn’t very clean.

It could have done with a good spring clean. It was really dirty. Couldn't bear to sit on the lounge and any of the outside patio furniture. It also needs summer cotton blankets not winter doonas.
