Lights in the bathroom with flickering on and off, making it hard to do my make up, mention this to the staff on checkout, didn’t seem like they’re gonna do anything about it and didn’t offer anything about it either. Proceeded to charge me for the parking.

Wifi is an additional cost, unless you're an Accor member, but it wasn't until our second day that we were able to connect to wifi.

Great facilities, very clean and so convenient with respect to public transport. The room was comfortable, exactly what we were expecting and the staff were great.

More towels for the room.

Everything was great!! I think for 6 nights, we could use extra towels as opposed to only being provided two towels. Maybe some more washing powder if we are only provided 2 for the entire stay. The pools were great, the heated spas are amazing, both inside and out. Amazing place for kids and everything is so close.

There are a lot of construction sites around and sometimes there are noises. But nothing too loud and no roadwork at night.

Convenient location, just behind the light rail, you can be in Cahill Ave (full of shops and restaurants) in 5mins, even less! 5min walk to the beach. All the major attractions are close by. Easy to get to Movieworld, Dreamworld and SeaWorld.

Walls were damaged in the room missing pieces of gib and smudges and cracks all over the walls and ceiling and dryer was not working

Nothing I didn’t like, just couldn’t connect to the wifi from the floor I was on - did receive a note under the door to say the wifi was being upgraded but even after that still couldn’t connect when in the actual hotel room. Could connect on the ground floor

The one bedroom apartment was a lot bigger than I expected! The view was incredible!

Leaking water under sink in bathroom room 802 B. Frozen milk in fridge on arrival - was set too cold by previous, couldnt make a cuppa, (microwave would be good to have to defrost our frozen goods that were not frozen when we put in fridge) and our drinks in cans exploded in the fridge (hubby cleaned the mess) Bed head scratched and tatered, whole room and bathroom needs upgrading. More large hotel trolleys would be nice.

Nothing we would definitely stay again

The pools, spas and sauna were amazing both inside and outside. The indoor pool was perfect for July weather and the outdoor smaller pool and spa were both heated which meant the kids could swim every day. The 3 bedroom apartment with ocean views was huge, each bedroom was spacious and kitchen well equipped.

The room was very dated. Holes in blinds, bench tops and side tab,es were old and visibly used. Furniture old and outdated.

Swimming pools were great , property had tennis courts and a sauna and steam and gym, spas, games room , bar and cafes. So close to the light rail too.

Affordability. Price was very low and location was absolutely perfect! Right outside a tram stop, travel between the resort and town/malls/etc was incredibly easy! View was great too

The TV wasn't connected to WiFi and the WiFi available was a 24hr sign up to the hotel company - I feel the TV should just be connected for everyone ready to go. Also there was no dishwasher liquid and only 1 dishwasher tablet and packet of washing powder in the room - though we were able to get more from reception, but having more available upon arrival would be handy, particularly for bigger groups.

This place was great - we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 couples and our toddler. The apartment was huge - so spacious for all of us in the living areas and the bedrooms were a great size, especially the master bedroom. The facilities were good, we only used the indoor pool due to the rime of year but the outdoor pool looked amazing. Also the location was excellent, tram stop and bus stop basically right outdoors, walking distance to the beach and Cavill ave. For the price and based on some of the reviews I was surprised how great the place was and it definitely exceeded my expectations.
