The foyer floor was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week. An old lollypop stick was sitting in the middle of the floor.

A bit old looking rooms and facilities, but comfortable nonetheless. Staff were courteous and there’s a Chinese restaurant on site.

Shower head leaking. The lounge has given way and is needing replacement. When you sit on there is no support at all. Lounge needs to be replaced. Also someone had a dryer or a washing machine next door and we could hear it going until 130 in the morning with a loud droning noise.

I received at least 60 messages from Booking.Com on behalf of the property after checking out saying I hadn't paid even though it was paid and receipt issued. I replied to the emails to no avail and the Booking.Com spamming continued. I called the staff at the hotel, they apologised and said they would fix it. The spamming emails continued. I have now blocked all incoming emails and reported it as spam! Completely unacceptable Booking.Com

The pool was out of action as we got there, we chose the hotel based on a heated pool- we were told “maintenance” but different staff members said different things. It didn’t open the whole time…

Great location in the CBD. Short walk to most services and attractions. Front desk service was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and well set up for supporting work activities.

The shower was not good. Bad pressure and the temperature of shower fluctuated the whole time you were in it. The AC control - one control for 3 air cons is just silly. Bedroom (closest to kitchen) light switch didn’t work. Had to turn on lights with the lamp switch. Internet connection was weak, trying to stream Netflix on tv and it didn’t work or was very very slow

Love the size of the apartment rooms and usually book at Mantra for the washing machine and dryer.

The only downside was the shower. The hot water wasn’t consistent, which made it difficult to have a comfortable shower.

The location was excellent, close to the city centre and public transport. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Water in the shower kept fluctuating from extreme hot to cold. The apartment smelt very musty when you walked in and had to keep balcony door open. There was no remote for the split system in the bedroom to keep the room comfortable overnight.

Car park spaces are very small so for a large car eg 4wd impossible to park in - there were two spots available but we couldn’t fit our car in as the other cars were large and over the line … not a problem for us as we found free road parking and the concierge was lovely and helpful but if you really needed secure parking it is a consideration if you’re in a 4x4
