The accommodation was central very conveniently located in the street with pavement cafes and interesting shops nearby. The large trees brought the birds in morning and night. The outlook from the unit was the village with people passing below. It was a 2 minute walk to the marina to the dive boats and a little walk to Four Mile beach and the beach cafe.

Location is in town centre very close to either end of Port Douglas.

Property is in very good condition with excellent pool facilities, close to shops and entertainment venues. Great value for money

A lot of noise from the room next door because there was a connecting door. We had to put towels at the bottom. Hardly ever saw a member of staff, reception was usually closed. If we needed something we had to ring someone at the other property nearby.

Mantra seems to have deteriorated a bit in their service. No reception open just a black phone to speak to staff to obtain code to collect keys out of a safe. Miss the personal check in. Pool could do with a clean it had the dirty scum line. Our room was very comfy but there were no USB charger points available at all. Luckily I had my own. Also the bedside lamps looked lovely but could only be turned off at the PowerPoint no switch on the lamps at all. The TV whilst great had an insane volume issue would be extremely loud even on a really low volume setting. Because the room was all tiled and a lot of hard surfaces so sounds really echoed. It made it really difficult when one of us went to bed and the other stayed up to watch TV, there was no way to block the sound out. You can tell it's gone downhill when the coffee sachets are International Roast instead of Moccona or Vittoria!

Location was excellent with easy access to all the places we wanted to go to. Room wasn't too bad.

Sounded like a thousand bats screeching right outside our window. Woke me at 3am and they was relentless with their noise. Could not get back to sleep. This is the only reason I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great location in town, near all shops and restaurants. Room faced into shops and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy, spa bath was amazing! Bed was super comfortable and front desk manager was great changing the dates of our booking for us.

The location was perfect. Once we arrived and parked our vehicle in secure parking underneath. We didn't need it again for the duration. The apartment was huge. Tastefully decorated. They had the TV on playing music for when we arrived.

Great location, for what I need to do. Clean, but a tad noisy with the birds. Staff were fantastic. Great room size, especially bathroom just needs a freshen up a bit dated. But for a quick one night it was good.

The first room we had, the really noisy birds were nesting in the tree outside. I had a migraine in the night, but we were moved to a quieter room which was great. Climbing into the bath to shower was difficult

Location was perfect, right in town. Walking distance to beach, playground, restaurants, supermarket etc. Free parking, good size room, spa bath.
