Can be noisy at times with construction noises. Bathroom felt dated.

Great location to bus services and Pacific Fair. Apartment had well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Reception was easy to check in with good opening hours. Secure entry. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Clear instructions for what we needed. Shower had good water pressure and warm water.

Losing view of ocean due to ongoing development of the Gold Coast. Road works (all out of Bel Air’s control) I would have liked a small packet of tissues and a little snack on arrival prior to going out to eat/shop

Is now dated. Shower was loose and poor flow, 2 towels for week is insufficient, appliances dated and lowest quality coffee on offer. Time to get with program and offer a pod machine and at least 500ml of milk in fridge.

Over the road from tram stop and Pacific Fair. Lovely swimming pool. Head housekeeper is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Loved the view from the apartment. The layout of the 2bdrm apartment was perfect as everyone had their own space. And the onsite staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The intense perfume in the common areas was too strong as well as in the apartment itself. There was a fragrance plugged into the wall and fragrance reeds that had to be out outside as it was too strong, but the smell lingered in all of the furniture and carpet. I am very sensitive to smells and suffer from a mast cell condition and it made my trip very difficult as it triggered a flare of my condition. Road works outside also made it hard to rest during he night, I was unaware of the roadworks when I made the booking. It would have been good to be notified and perhaps even given the option of changing to a different style of room to minimise the noise.

Location is of course great for the tram and pacific fair.

Only black mark I can saw was the parking. Was quite tricky to find a free park as most parks were private use. I understand this is because there are alot of private residences, but in the East tower parking there was only about 6 non private parks to fight over.

Was at a conference at the casino, so location was walking distance. Place was quiet, clean & staff were very helpful

Perfect location, across the road from shopping mall pacific fair with supermarkets, a quick stroll to the broad beach’s surf club and beach. All the building and facilities very well maintained, clean and fresh . Helpful and lovely staff

The only issue was early morning noise from construction work at a nearby high rise block but that wasn’t the hotels fault.

My one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and a lovely big balcony off the lounge and bedroom. Lovely pool area.

We did unfortunately have an issue with one of the door handles and a shower screen but only minor.

The location is fabulous and the view was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything including the beach, shops, dining and casino.

Watch how you book though i was dealing with belair directly but found after making payment it was booking .com could have got it cheaper dealing directly with belair learnt my lesson all my other bookins ive made on this holiday i have taken the trouble and rang directly to hotels and checked against booking.coms prices and direct rates are cheaper
