Stunning property and the photos doesn’t show how big the property is. Plenty of space! Loved each view from the bedrooms, but mostly the view in the sitting area at the top of the stairs.

I didn't like having to leave, I wished I had booked to stay for longer, it was a truly awesome experience staying there.

Amazing place to stay. The house is fabulous, fantastic ocean views and across to Apollo bay. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is setup with so many things including flour, sugar, spices, lots of pots and pans and stack of crockery and cutlery. The bed I used was clean and very comfortable. Washing machine and drier were a bonus and even a clothes line outside.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable. One bathroom only had 1 ply toilet paper.

Gorgeous house with stunning beach views. The floor to ceiling windows make the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Only a quick and easy drive into Apollo Bay.

I think that the “pebbling” outside had just been replenished. It was difficult to keep this from joining us in the house, despite best efforts with shoes and the like. We weren’t able to open the small window in the bathroom downstairs. The stairs LOOK beautiful: when their next maintenance rolls round, would it be possible to (perhaps) darken the edges slightly, so it’s easier to see where each riser is located? Just a “safety” thought.….

The location is magnificent, as are the views. Being able to sit in the upstairs main window and note the changes to the ocean, beach, sky and garden whilst you relax is worth the accomodation -price! We were also impressed by the locality’s plantings/shrubberies which encouraged a bounty of birds to visit

It was so cold at down stairs at night...heated blankets on ..( it was winter).

Needed a place that was dog friendly and this was... over the road from the beach, perfect. My dogs love the beach and loved just watching the cars go by at night...this place was perfect and very quiet for time of year.

There is no undercover outside area to cook when it is raining, but it's only the crazy South Africans who wants to cook outside when it is raining in any case :-)

We loved everything about this house. The view is exceptional and the house has everything you need for your stay. The fireplace was the best part of the house seeing that we had a week of rain and really cold weather. They are super pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the secure courtyard.

Beautiful views, lovely clean place, nice and relaxing atmosphere. Very quick walk to a lovely piece of beach. Loved pur stay, place has all facilities for a long stay if needed. Loved enjoying a morning coffee with the sea views.

Location is amazing, so close to the beach! manta ray was a wonderful place to stay, kitchen was well equipped with everything even for little people and baking and the stay was pet friendly. Use the blinds to block out the heat!

Nothing not to like! It would have been great to have one single large bed (not two joined together in rooms) in the rooms but it’s a minor details.

Can you please put a sticker on the power board to identify its location? We had a small issue and couldn’t locate it. However, we were really pleased with the amazing service- a maintenance man arrived really quickly after our phone call and solved the problem.

Loved the location of this property. Close to the road to the many waterfalls and across the road from the beach. Just five minutes drive to Apollo Bay. Really quiet location. Didn’t hear any traffic at night. Beautiful view from the bedrooms and living area. Comfortable living area. Would like to stay again in the future.

Unfortunately we found the property not very clean. For the price you pay per night you expect the property to be clean & up to standards. Lots of cobwebs & spiders, hair in bathrooms, dust & grime, bathrooms need a good scrub and the fridge also had a horrible smell to it.
