Nothing it was superb!

Very central to everything and close to train station, Bondi junction shopping and not far from Bondi beach, and easy bus ride. We loved how modern, clean and amazing the facility was for the price and location!

First room was too noisy on street frontage with trucks outside from 4am and vacuuming in the atrium at 6am. They kindly moved me to a higher floor which was much better.

Pre registration via app doesn’t seem particularly compatible with iPhone. Link in email to App Store doesn’t work. Had to upload manually direct from App Store. Email formatting had appearance of scam.

Breakfast was really good as well, and I loved the gym (and roof terrace) with 90 degrees ocean view. The shared kitchen facilities were also really nice

Things that could be worked on: Parking - suggest pairing with nearby car parks for a discounted rate Cleaning - currently it is to clean every 4 days. I extended my stay for a 5th day due to work. I requested cleaning, was told it was going to happen and unfortunately did not. Also I think it needs to be every 2-3 days to empty bins etc.

Positives: Great location Was on floor 9 facing the street - was nice and quiet and beautiful view when opening blinds The size of the room was perfect for a solo traveller. The facilities having a kitchen, gym and laundry was great. Bed was comfortable

The cupboards nay be cheaply made? Two handles were falling off - otherwise perfecto

Was actually really good and the staff were great. The rooms are nice and well equipped. The staff are helpful. Right near bondi junction, so good for public transport. Theres a communal kitchen that is well equiped for a full cook up.

A bit hostel- like e.g only communal irons in the laundry room not available for your room. Communal water faucet on each floor - ours was not working. Limited breakfast options if included in room

Nothing it was perfect

Loved this hotel. it’s young, modern and in a perfect location. Lovely rooftop with gym and laundry. Ground floor always bustling with the restaurant and the refillable water stations on every floor are such a nice touch I don’t know why every hotel doesn’t have that. We especially appreciated that they use a full duvet cover not that awful ‘triple sheet’ method where the duvet is sandwiched in between two sheets and you inevitably touch it. The room was modern, super clean and felt secure.

The view from my room was right on the mall parking lot, at the same height of the parking cars. Besides there was construction going on.

Very nicely designed hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. It is located in a neighborhood with lots of excellent breakfast options, and next to a mall and a train station.
