This place is fantastic. Good sized apartment suitable for a family. Easy to find, easy to access. Best and widest parking spots. There is a supermarket, cafe (amazing coffee) and other stores on the same block.

Well appointed, easy to access with great views and secure parking. Awesome personal touch having the hosts mum meet you with the key and instructions for parking then showing you in to the apartment. Supermarket downstairs and a short walk to public transport and Southbank restaurants. Thanks Max

The second we walked in we knew it was money well spent !!! The apartment smelt beautiful it was clean and had everything we needed This stay was by far one of my favourite accommodations Max was happy for us to have an early check in as our flight was an early one and he was prompt with responses when I messaged him every time Check in was easy max had his mum meet us she was very accommodating and explained everything to us that we needed to know Well done and thank you for your hospitality

Couldn’t fault anything with this stay. Host was super gracious and communicative. Place was spotless and very aesthetic. Ground floor had restaurants, grocers and a liquor store. Absolute favourite part was the heated pool with an amazing view. Would definitely rather stay here than in a hotel for my next staycation.

Only problem we had was that the couch in the lounge wasn't the greatest for sleeping on-sofa bed would be better, but teenage son was fine for a week!

Great apartment for a family of 6; lots of little details had been thought of such as tea, coffee, paper towels, oil for cooking and a complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits. Excellent location for walking to the city and Southbank or just catching an Uber. We also loved having a supermarket at the bottom of the building as we didn't always eat out for dinner. Max was also very helpful in showing us around the building and allowing us an early check in due to having an elderly family member with us.

Fantastic family getaway. The apartment was immaculately clean with beautiful views. A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, kids loved the bonus timtams. Great toiletries supplied in both bathrooms. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The amenities were wonderful, the spa being a favourite with breathtaking views. The host Max was very friendly and accommodating, making the whole process a breeze. We will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately the lady was helping someone out to handover the keys. She had the wrong keys first. The poor lady was extremely helpful and did her absolute best to sort it all out.

The apartment is spacious and comfortably fit my family. It’s very cosy and welcoming. It’s super clean and well kept. The owner also provided extra thoughtful items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, luffas, cotton pads, as well as pantry items like coffee, a selection of teas, even snacks! There were also plenty of board games to entertain the kids! The apartment is close to the tram station and other shops. Max is lovely, welcoming and super helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Our excellent experience started way back when we booked and the correspondence we received from Max. He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He even gave us a tour of the facilities on arrival. The room was so clean and tidy and spacious for the five of us, and such great views with floor to ceiling windows. We loved our family stay.
