Lakeside Restaurant closed during our stay, and we only found out after we'd booked and a few weeks before our trip.

Loved our cosy winter get-away at Karri Valley Resort. Lots of activities for the kids around the resort - playground, petting farm, hiking, riding bikes etc. The Lakeside restaurant was closed for reservations during our stay, which was shame, but we went up to the Lodge and the happy hour and food was great. We were also upgraded to a three-bed chalet at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. We'll be back for sure!

Not much food options around, bring snacks. The restaurant was pretty standard. The bathroom smelt like bleach which isn't pleasant but at least its clean. - Can't fault much else.

Lovely area with a beautiful view from the room. The room apartments on the water was incredibly peaceful and serene. Great stay for both winter and summer, the heating and cooling helps a lot. Would recommend for a nice getaway.

There was a bit of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. The restaurant was very overpriced.

Quality of wifi when streaming was promoted as means of watching TV shows. Kept dropping out. Lakeside restaurant not being open.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay and it was disappointing that we couldn’t experience the restaurant which we’d heard so much about. The resort rooms are large and could fit king size beds, which we are used to. Queen size beds were small for us.

The location of the resort on the lake was a beautiful setting.

1. Archery gear is old and broken, making it hard to learn for younger children. 2. This was my third 4 day visit to Karri Valley, and I have yet to catch a fish or even get one bite, morning, noon, or night. Nor have I ever met anyone who has while talking with other visitors. I think it’s a scam. 3. Food at the Lodge leaves much to be desired and very limited, and boring menu considering the local produce available.

Amazing place for a relaxing stay, even with the rain you can light a fire and enjoy family time and take it the view.

There were 7 of us in the 3 bedroom chalet - we could have done with additional bin liners, bins being emptied, tea towels and hand towels.

Location in the forest was lovely. The children enjoyed being able to roam safely around the resort. The school holiday activities were enjoyed.

Couldn’t get a booking at the restaurant until 8pm on our first night. Got lots of messages before arriving about check-in etc should advise guests to book before arriving.

Rooms in the lake are gorgeous, view is stunning to wake up to. Very clean and comfortable. Great little kitchen/bathroom set up. Lots of activities to do with the kids. Food in restaurant is excellent.

The view from our lakeside room was amazing. The setting was beautiful, watching the sunrise over the trees and lake - very serene. We loved renting the kayaks and Ches was so friendly and helpful telling us where to explore, thank you! We also loved seeing her again at the animal farm and she did a wonderful job telling us all about the animals. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the lakeside restaurant taking in the incredible views, our food was delicious too! The service we received from Rose was delightful, she was ever so welcoming and helped us pick the best things on the menu. We really had a wonderful stay, your setting and your staff are amazing!

We stayed in 3 bedroom cabin, and the beds were extremely comfortable - cabin was spotless. we ate in restaurant once and the food was delicious. This is a divine place to stay , amongst nature, lots of wild birds who wi come and greet you on your balcony, truly a magical place
