Needs a comfortable chair to sit in, weather was bad so couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the views. Outside security lights lit up the room, they need a block out blind at the entrance window.

Heater struggled to warm room up more than where the air was being pushed onto. WiFi was 1bar maximum so had to use data for streaming. Lots of dust underneath beds and couches.

Beautiful location! Easy to access tourist areas and the view either side of the hill was breathtaking! Mostly clean to a great standard with great utensils and bowls/cups.

There was a power outage, (beyound the control of staff), who showed concern for our well being by visiting us to see if we were ok. Much appreciated.

The location was amazing, the view was exceptional on the top of a ridge looking over mountains & sea.

Online check in process was too hard for me - I tried twice to do it and failed so I had to get the office staff to ring me. It was inconvenient that the office was not manned when I arrived , even though the sign said it was within office hours. Staff were very helpful and contacted me by phone to resolve my check in issues. There were no vending machines on site, which would have been helpful as it is a way out of town.

The location was beautiful and the staff were very helpful when I had trouble using the online system. the room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. I liked that I could park directly outside my Studio.

We arrived around 6 pm and collected the keys from the safe. Along with them was a map with the route to our room. Unfortunately, the directions pointed us in the opposite direction from where the room actually was, so we ended up lost for a while. Also, our room shared an internal door with the neighbouring room, so we could clearly hear the noise from next door.

The room was nicely decorated, tidy, and the view was very good. The place is also well located, it's on the outskirts of town, but not too far out, so it feels peaceful without being isolated. Overall, we were quite pleased with the quality of the accommodation.

The outside light was a bit obtrusive at nighttime. There needs to be blockout blinds near the front door.

TV doesn’t stream apps like Netflix, only local stations and is in a weird location across the room from the couch. Not a big deal but for a winter break would have been nice to watch some movies. Coffee machine but no starter pods for first morning.

Walls are thin so if a group was noisy you'd probably hear them. But this wasn't an issue for us. Minor noises at most. Light from kitchen window at night was very bright so room was not pitch black. This isn't a deal breaker but people who need it completely dark might have an issue.

Lovely location, clean room, nice little kitchenette, fantastic view of the garden and valley. Bed was comfortable, extra Pillows and blankets if needed, plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans, mini stove, microwave, kettle, cups, wine glasses, mugs, simple coffee and tea, fridge, small milk, cleaning products and a good warm shower. Excellent water pressure too. Cute variety of birds fluttering around the garden. Loved our stay and highly recommend Karri Aura!
