A bit misleading to say it had a washing machine, I thought it was in the Villa, but it was a communal one. Which was one of the reasons we chose this villa. Was awkward sleeping upstairs and bathroom was on ground floor, bit hazardous for us oldies in the middle of the night!

Very nice little house for 4 people Well managed, clean and tidy. With lots of utensils for kitchen which was amazing driving 6 hours away from home. Will be staying again Great location too

Would have been nice to have a couple of full mirrors in the house, no big deal for me but the females I was with mentioned it when trying to get ready. Maybe a couple board games would have been nice too, bit again, no big deal to me

We were six people. The two bedrooms had great, comfortable beds, but the sofa bed was not comfortable.

The accommodation was very clean, well-equipped, and recently renovated. Great location, very close to the beach. Very quiet. The pool was great. The air conditioning worked perfectly, even with 42-degree temperatures outside. The host was helpful and available for all our questions.

There was no toiletries and it was listed as a room amenity on booking.com. Wifi was too weak to use so we had to hotspot from our phones. We tried resetting the modem as the owner suggested but it didn’t work unfortunately.

Excellent PIN code access. No check in required and the PIN code made it very easy to come and go. The unit was clean and modern. The pool was lovely. Great location. We were meters from the beach and a 2 minute drive from everything else in the town.

- very nice accomodation, modern and clean - kitchen very well equipped (salt, pepper, olive oil, washing soap and common laundry)clean - the bedrooms were spacious - big screen TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney plus - close to a supermarket and the beach - clear instructions to access the villa - nice private swimming pool

Internet was patchy so streaming was a bit hit and miss (usually evenings) but probably an issue in the whole area as we lost phone connection in various spots too. Not a big deal but something to be aware of.

Close to waterfront. Pool was great for cooling off. Air cons worked well. Villa was roomy. Kitchen well equipped. Very happy with our stay. Kalbarri is a beautiful place for R&R.

The complex wasn’t soundproof and you could hear the people next door going up and down the stairs. It was a little annoying especially as it was late at night.

The villa was extremely comfortable, clean and nicely presented. Massive TV.

We had a power outage (whole town) for almost an entire day so couldn't cook or have the aircon on. We had to go to a restaurant for the day and evening until it went back on. Not your fault but inconvenient. Wifi very unstable- often have to stand in the kitchen.

It was advertised as a private villa with pool, which makes it sound as though it has a private pool, this is actually shared between the 5/6 properties there. This would not have been a problem, however the pool was not very clean and there was a dead frog floating in there that looked like it had been there for a while.

Really nice apartment, good sized rooms and living area. Nice Big flatscreen TV and decent kitchen. Decent bathroom with good shower.

The microwave needed cleaning inside and there were hairs in the drawer of the bathroom cabinet! That said everything else was spotless.

Good layout and a beautifully renovated villa. Good off street parking. It was in a great location near to the beach, cafes and pubs. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

If the signboard of the villa can be spotting with light that will be much batter. I arrived at night and there was no street light. I had to take a lot of efforts to locate the entrance of the villa since it was the first time that I was there.

The environment is quiet, there was no light pollution, I can enjoy the view of Galaxy in the back yard. It is a wild animal friendly community, kangaroo may show up in front of you.
