Location of the property is good..

Property description on booking site misleading, having omissions and being factually incorrect. This is NOT a 2-bedroom apartment as described on the booking site; it is a one-bedroom unit with a sofa bed in the sitting room for use by a second guest. When used as a bed, this renders the room totally unusable as a sitting room. The person using that bed has to go through the only bedroom to visit the bathroom at night. No mention in property description that unit is on the second floor, and that there is no elevator, meaning residents are forced to climb 4 flights of stairs. For anyone with limited mobility, and forced to carry heavy luggage, this is nearly impossible; I know, I had 15kg case! There is no garden view as mentioned in the property description. The view is in fact of a vacant site, largely bitumen paved but overgrown with patches of long grass and fenced off for future development. 9 cars in varying state of repairs, junk building materials, a shipping container and 3 mattresses litter the area. Garden view - I don't think so! Our allocated car parking space was occupied by someone else's vehicle for the entire 5 days of our stay, forcing us to park on the street. Cleaning had not been done properly following previous tenancy, as there were mouldy dairy products (milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt) left in refrigerator, and an open box of cereal of unknown age on the countertop. Cockroaches found in bathroom and kitchen. Filters in A/C units not cleaned and filled with dust. Did some price checking whilst in Darwin and found low season (the wet) 2 bedroom/2 bathroom hotel accommodation at 2 different locations for $130/night, compared with the $180/night we were charged. This property is very poor value for money. AVOID!

We loved it the location perfect very close to the city 5 mins walk the unit had everything what you need even a dishwasher and washing machine and all the little things as washing powder milk in the fridge it was very comfortable and the bed was perfect very Pease full Rami was very helpful thank you we will be definitely back

The property needs to be listed as 1 bedroom. It is very misleading for it to be listed as a 2 bedroom apartment. We specifically book this apartment to have two separate rooms to find out it was 1 bedroom with a pull out sofa in the lounge room was very disappointing. The sofa bed was not made up, so arriving at 2.15am this was very inconvenient. After looking in every cupboard, there were no sheets for the sofa bed. I was NOT HAPPY. It was clean and very well stocked with everyday needs. Plenty of towels, pillows were good. I would be happy to give it a much higher review if we didn't feel we were mislead by the way it is advertised

Location was very good. Very clean and had everything you needed supplied. Perfect for a couple.

Was up 32 steps which made it very hard for my 86 year old Dad to walk up and to cart the luggage up. Advertised as a two bedroom apartment by Booking. com……second ‘bedroom’ was a sofa bed in the lounge.

I liked the facilities and the location.

We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, but it had only 1 bedroom and a bed sofa in the living room. That was a deception as we selected this apartment because of the 2 bedrooms.

Advertised as 2 bedrooms, but was not. Settee bed in lounge with no space when out. Had to go through bedroom to the bathroom. Not suitable for more than 2 people. Very expensive for this
