Clean and tidy, easy to get around town. Great place for a base to do activities around Townsville. Close to good dining areas. Nice walk going past the accommodation along Ross River. Great spot for families with lots of activities and a pool close by.

The bedroom was along a busy/noisy road. Wifi could not cope with the large number of guests due to a sports event.

The apartment was adjacent to a very road which was not a problem however, the road noise and sirens were extremely noisy which restricted the use of the balcony. The noise filtered inside with balcony door closed as well.

Location was good except for one thing. View was good. The apartment was very clean with followed cleaning service.

It hadn't been cleaned properly, the door to the laundry wouldn't open properly, and one of the dining chairs was very wobbly. Also, the king-size bed was 2 singles put together without a topper, so it wasn't as comfortable as it should be

Beautiful location Comfortable bed a shame the air-conditioner and shower had problems. Would it be worth the coat of money if everything was in working condition, disappointing it was not. But would definitely stay again. Staff were rather rude at check in not friendly at all.

Its 20 mins from train station and airport so hard without a car.

As this is out of the city by 20 mins we chose this for the proximity for the dragon boat club. Lovely the walking path along the river and the river view. Not too far to the shops . Nice size apartment with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Loved the balcony and because we had a corner room on top floor you could leave the door open. Lots of traffic noise particularly hoons and sirens but didnt notice it once got to sleep in comfy bed.

The room was looking a little worn and tired with some damaged furniture and walls with cobwebs in the room and sheets that had black marks on them.

The drains smelt, stinking out the bathroom. The dishwasher wasn’t clean and also stink out the room after opening it. The beds weren’t comfortable very hard. The pillows were very thin. The master bed was 2 singles put together, giving a hump in the middle. They don’t use a quilt cover, they just put sheets over the quilt. The quilts look very old and discoloured. We moved the single beds to give more room in their and under the beds was gross, full of fluff and dust and other persons odd sock. Clearly not cleaned under there in some time.

The location was great. It’s close to hockey fields and everything you need is close by.

Instructions for late-check in were not emailed even after contacting them on phone. Brief instructions were sent on SMS and detailed instruction were in the safe. I had to call emergency contact on arrival. Not impressed with late check out options. They extended my checkout time to 11 am without any charge. They said they would charge 50$ extra for checking out at 12pm and a whole night fee if checking out at 2pm.

that it was non smoking even on the room balcony and I had to go very far to do so. What made it even more difficult was the fact that it didn't stop raining the entire time. And there was a designated smoking area under cover. Also there were no exhaust fans in both bathrooms so the humidity made showering so uncomfortable for us all.

Prompt response to queries. Courteous cleaning staff who made sure they weren't in the way. They were also quick & efficient. Reasonable response time when dishwasher malfunctioned.
