Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaThe glass doors to the balcony need to be addressed. Within 5 minutes of arrival, my husband, who saw me out on the balcony, thought I was out there and had lef tthe door open for him and walked straight into the side panel floor to ceiling glass sheet. There is nothing to indicate that it is glass (none of those sticky windows things). He was bleeding everywhere. I called reception and asked for some first aid supplies and ice, and they were up in minutes. They offered to call an ambulance, but we felt it was overkill at the time. I checked for concussion. We thought we would watch and wait. For anyone reading this far and curious ...he has been to our GP and gone had scans since our return home. Waiting now for results. Back to my point, management /body corporate really needs something on the glass to identify it as a window and not just a sheet of glass that someone can walk into. The person who came up with the ice said, "These windows are very clean," as she giggled at her comment. I responded yes clean which is great, but obviously not safe. Everyone we have shown photos to understand how he could have mistaken it for an open window, especially with me on the balcony. In his mind, it looked like I left the door partially open for him to come outside when he saw me there. Other than this incident, we had a pleasant stay, and we would likely stay there again as we loved the building facilities. The glass door incident simply negated some of the original activities we had in mind.
We liked the comfy beds and cosy feel to the apartment. The kitchen had almost all basics you would want. We would have loved a sandwich toaster as they are so verstile and great at reheating lots of things. We enjoyed using the spa/pool and sauna area. The steam room is not operating at the moment. Areas were a mixed bag depending on when you got there. Never crazy busy. They are open till 10pm till Thursday but Friday and weekend the area closes at 8pm. I expect it is to avoid crazy weekend evening situations. The apartment was walkable to almost everything we visited. Undercover parking is available at the current rate of $30 for as many entries and exits as required as you are provided with your own remote, and we enjoyed this feature and not having to scramble for parking. There are likely other parking places that are cheaper, but being building based was so convenient for us.

AustraliaDuring our stay one of the elevators was broken, but the other one didn't take too long at least. The shower took some time to get the hot water going, especially late at night so we just had to turn it on much earlier. The apartments are not serviced which was completely fine, so if you needed anything extra, you just ask the reception and they will happily provide. The location wasn't the best as food, supermarkets, coffee etc were a minimum 5-10min walking distance. But overall, still a really good affordable hotel.
The room was large and had plenty of space. The bed was a nice king size and super comfortable including the pillows. The bathroom also very spacious. Being an apartment it had all the amenities needed, even a balcony. Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay.

AustraliaThe toilet set was broken. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. No free cold water. Red stain on the quilt, that was at my face area. The carpark is really quite hard to work out. I had to do a U-turn at a dead end. Signage could be better.
I booked and arrived at motel 3 hours later. Staff where extremely friendly. The room was spacious. Having a dryer in the room really does make a difference after spending fantastic time in the spa and pool.
