The door closes on you and locks you out; so that is a problem when bringing in your gear. My suggestion would be provide a door stop

Spacious rooms, very modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The villas are in a very peaceful setting and there was even a kangaroo in the garden outside our room. Great location and the shops are only a short drive away. We extended our stay from one night to three nights and were very happy with the venue and the service. Would certainly be happy to stay here again in the future.

They advertised that room service was available but when they emailed about check in details I was told that it was only available Monday to Friday and not on the weekend when I was staying.

Our stay at Invercauld house was EXCEPTIONAL!! Everything was immaculate in the suit. Clean, fresh and fully stocked with basics. I have not been to a cleaner hotel than this one. Staff looked after us, and accommodated our every need. If I could give 6 stars for your hotel I would. Thank you so much for such a comfortable stay.

We have stayed at Invercauld House a few times now. The units are always spotlessly clean and it is very quiet and peaceful. The units are spacious and the undercover patio area is great. We always enjoy our stay.

Cleanliness of the property, lovely linen and bathroom products. Snacks that aren't charged. When your travelling for work, all of this is a welcome relief.

There is a light outside the front door which is great for security and for providing clear sight, however there is a glass panel in the door and the light shone brightly inside the unit all night.

I enjoyed my dinner but for what it was , quite expensive. I expected it to be brought freshly cooked but had been left in my fridge earlier in the day. Breakfast was perfect and reasonably priced.

Nothing! It’s very nice, If I want pass through again I would stay with my wife, probs like to have showing more of the nature area, as the unit I was was facing towards the suburbs and road. But still really nice area!

Everything was excellent and exceptional except when we booked online it gave us the option to choose 2 seperate beds as we were 2 female friends and needed to sleep separately. Upon arrival it was a queen bed but upon calling the site manager he apologised about the mix up and actually gave us two seperate units for the same price. So that was great customer service and exceptional attitude on behalf of the management. They didn't need to do that, if so they could have said we will give you another unit but at a lower charge but they didn't. They accepted their mistake and rectified it in a graceful manner which is really a rare trait in this selfish world with some big businesses who would not have budged. Really appreciated your kindness and good gesture. Thank you. Gave us a very good feeling to the start of our holiday as we were driving to other places so that was a very good start.

Loved our little villa. It had been updated and was perfect. It’s pretty far from anything but that means it’s quiet. Glad we had parking close to our villa as we noted some rooms had quite a walk from the car parks.

Beautiful room with everything I needed for my one night stay. Very comfortable king size bed. Great products in the bathroom. Beautiful view over the valley. Dinner was delicious and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Lismore area.
