We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe compromise on price and location was to give up a view - there was none - in fact the lower half was a wall of the neighbouring business.
I chose the Mercure as a place that could provide a 2 bedroom place with kitchenette at a reasonable price and good location close to the shops/cafes/waterfront/marina. It met my requirements in all of that. The 2-bedroom layout suited us - kids and kitchenette in one and adults and bathroom in the other, and there was enough space so we didn’t feel crammed in (like often happens in family rooms).

AustraliaBathroom was little tight to get into going to shower or toilet the way door opened but was ok. Little noise from hallway and when next room had water on. Restauarant was not open due to renovations. Had to go buy food already prepared as nothing to cook on or microwave.
