The floor, nightstand, and bedhead in the bedroom had clearly not been cleaned or vacuumed for a long time, leaving them dirty and dusty. Additionally, obtaining a tax receipt for my company credit card reconciliation was unnecessarily difficult. If Booking.com can take the reservation and process the payment, they can and should also provide a payment receipt. They act as the middleman and take a cut from the vendor, so they should take full responsibility for delivering this basic service.

The beds were soft. There was huge noise by sea waves at noon and birds in the earlier morning. Only one toilet.

The hot water ran out if we were all to have a shower. Additionally, I would have loved an extra blanket on the bed as it was quite cool especially in winter.

Central location, clean, had everything you need. Was spacious for a family of 4.

The bedroom with a double deck bed is slightly bright for sleep as the there is balcony light in the building which is turned on throughout the night and the curtain couldn’t block all the light.

The property is exceptional clean including the kitchen and bedroom.

There was renovations going on in the apartment above us which was somewhat noisy but it was the off season and they have to do it sometime. Also the reverse cycle aircon helped against the cold in the living area but once the bedrooms were closed they were very cold . A small bar heater on wheels could fix this issue for warming the bedrooms up. Only applies to Winter guests like us though.

Loved the proximity to the centre of the village and that we could walk to get coffee and watch the sun rise

The stairwells needed a clean and the outside lights under the eaves were very bright in the bedrooms.

Fabulous location within easy walking distance to all attractions. All we needed for our 5 night stay with designated off street parking.

The hand, body wash & shampoo was all the same green liquid & itchy on the skin. Can easily hear the adjoining units occupants. Outdoor lights remain on all night. Sofa bed broken, making it uncomfortable to sit on.

Excellent location. Our 2nd stay here. Tidy & well-presented units. Kitchen is fabulous & the shower/water pressure is great. On-site parking is also a winner. What we like about this property outweighs the negative aspects.

When we arrived, the unit absolutely stunk of bleach from whatever cleaning product was used. The main bedroom was small, just barely enough room to walk around the bed and had very little space to hang and store clothes and there were no coat hangers. We had to go back to the motel where we collected the key to get these. The bathroom pretty much had no room to place toiletries, and we had to put these on the dining room table. The cord on one of the kitchen window blinds was broken and permanently pulled down so we were unable to roll it back up. Given there were only two of us, and I know it said in the fine print in this case the second bedroom would be locked, nevertheless I found this to be highly unusual and is the first time I have every come across this kind of condition. Given what we paid for the unit, the lack of storage space in the main bedroom and bathroom and the length of our stay, 4 nights, we should have had access to the second bedroom. I would suggest to the owners they reconsider giving access to the second bedroom.

The apartment was lovely,well appointed and comfortable. The bottom bed sheet had a rather unfortunate stain on it which obviously hadn’t come of when laundered. I also left my white nightie hanging behind the bathroom door. If there was any way of posting it back to me using the imprint of my card I would appreciate it.

Sound echo's from lobby to all 8 appartments, tight car parking space.

Great location for both beach and cafes. Close but away from the noise of busy locations. Spacious living area.
