New hotel, great location, walking distance (who likes it) to all important parts of the city. Tram station right in front of the hotel. Chic, spacious, and comfortable Roos. Super bar restaurant in the hotel.

Reception don't pick up the phone or return calls, despite leaving voice messages and contact details. I had lost my cardigan and wanted to check with the hotel after checking out. Messaging via Booking.com is quite delayed by days, and sometimes weeks for an outcome. Understably, their priority would be to incoming guests. Despite this, I would still stay again due to overall service, friendliness and hotel aesthetic.

Very stylish hotel. Enjoyed the art deco and modern aesthetic design. Clean rooms, with some housekeeping. . Staff were friendly. Close to the CBD but had a good distance away from the hustle and bustle for some quiet time

Our initial room was a corner room which was lovely but had problems with no hot water for showering and washing! We raised several times with staff who were apparently aware of issue on this side of the building, but couldn’t resolve. After attempts to rectify failed 2 days later on our stay we were moved to alternative room which although not upgraded had no hot water problem.

Rooms were very clean stylishly presented and comfortable. Location good for easy access to CBD and various other sites. Staff friendly.

Free coffee at breakfast is exactly what you'd expect from free coffee - not good. Please have hollandaise on your buffet. The temperature for the hot water was a bit tempermental on one night, but otherwise no issues.

Had a 5 night stay here whilst working at MCEC. Excellent location - a short walk to/from. Hotel is beautifully decorated and the the room was very comfortable. Absolutely loved the bed and pillows. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great too. I will absolutely be booking again. Probably my favourite hotel I've stayed at this year.

Beautiful hotel, modern rooms, well decorated, very clean and spacious, comfy bed. Service was excellent, I had a couple of issues with the phone and the shower and they sorted it out straight away. Location very good with tram on the doorstep.

Bad urine smell in 1 elevator ; Hall carpet looks dirty

Front desk friendly and efficient; but, prior to check-in messaging inquiries on booking.com was inadequate Modern and ample size room, 300 sq feet Location good but not Primo; for example,  25 m to Federation Square, Chinatown, 5 m to Southern Cross Station, 10 m to Marvel Stadium Got an late checkout for 2 hours .Nice touch 🙏

Nothing, I think eveyrthing is pretty good

The location is good, as it is in downtown, but it is very quiet at night. There are two convenience stores and a supermarket if you need more supplies. The staff are very friendly and polite; the rooms are not too big but enough for two people, and the bed is soft and very comfortable.

Located just 5 to 10 minutes walk from southcross station. Convenient if you were to take the skybus to/fro melbourne airport. Room was clean and spacious.
