Wouldn't say i didn't like anything it's a cottage on a farm there during winter but we had everything we needed to stay warm

I think it would be great to have a wire door along with the front door as bring quite warm there were a lot of bugs and being able to have more fresh air without them getting in would have been great

Being able to walk around the horse agistment area , being able to take our dog with us . There was a good area for our dog . Staff on the property were friendly when we interacted with them but also gave us our space . The cabins were nice and clean

This accommodation is in a quiet location a few hundred metres back from a secondary road off the highway but only 10m drive from Warrnambool. The layout is practical. The shower is excellent. The beds are comfortable, even the bunk bed. With a howling gale blowing from the West, the cottage was cozy once the reverse cycle was turned on. There was a friendly horse in a paddock beside the driveway.

Excellent host, everything was clean and tidy and well equipped, we had wonderful and relaxing stay. We requested for a late check out and they happly accepted our request. Will definately consider staying there when we visit next time.

Was such a beautiful spot, had a wine watching the sunset with the ocean view, the cottage was so comfy and easy to access. Lovely garden area for our dog, hosts were very friendly, we will definitely come back. 10 mins driving from town, great location. Bonus if you love horses as it is also a stable

Amazing lodge, suited for families. Lovely spacious place, and the continental breakfast supplied was a great addition!! Bread and cereals for us all on the Easter Sunday, saved us hunting for a supermarket. Would highly recommend!

This location is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of life with open fields and a stunning view it's the perfect location for a good book and a glass of wine. It also has the option of Warrnambool Town been 10 minuets in the car. Facilities are fantastic with continental breakfast supplied if you want it. The cottages are so well equipped you will not be without anything

The owner was very thoughtful with first day continental breakfast provided. Love the location! So nice waking up to no traffic noise, great view in the morning having breakfast in the front porch looking across the paddy, beautiful sunset in the evening and absolutely love the starry night at night. 5mins easy drive from Warrnambool business district.

Location was fab. Very quiet with a stunning view over the fields and the water. Away from major streets, so super, super quiet. Nice starry sky ay night. Surrounded by lots of animals.

I am satisfied with my stay. With some renovation this place would look so luxurious! And i just wish there was 2 queen/double bed instead of 2 bunk beds. But it would not be an issue for a family of 2-4 children.

Close to Port fairy and accessible to supermarkets/town. Parking just in front of the door for the lodge. I love horses, so it was great to meet some of them. Clean lodge and comfy bed. So quiet and peaceful

Area for the pup was bit dirty with buts of rubbish and weeds. She kept finding plastic old bones and rubbish in the yard. Having the two yards together was a problem as she could get her head thru the fence and on the last night there was an aggressive dog next door.
