We're very sorry, though, that your stay was disrupted by noise and the condition of the shower. Being in the heart of the city does come with some liveliness, especially on weekends, but we understand how important a good night's sleep is. We’re currently reviewing ways to improve soundproofing in certain rooms and will also address the shower issue with our housekeeping team immediately.
