The apartment was comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating with having the apartment cleaned early for our arrival. The pool and spa area was very nice. Overall, great stay!

There was nothing not to like, it was a nice home away from home I don't like how booking.com somehow rated the room as an 8 from what I wrote, I'd give it a 9!

Lots of personal touches and inclusions, more so than a lot of other places I've stayed. Close proximity to an good sized IGA, and food was really all you needed to get, as everything else was provided

A bit of an oversight on our part, but we thought we'd booked a hotel with how it'd presented, and had to adjust expectations not having freshened sheets etc. with a long booking stay. It was a little tricky to find after a long day; Entrance is around the corner from the street along the broad walk way and not visible from the car. It was stressful after all day driving not being able to find it clearly from instructions provided. Sound carried and it was quite noisy with other guests who'd be coming/going from being out drinking. Got woken numerous times by others coming and going at late times and banging doors. It was disruptive, but I guess that's luck of the draw. The TV has access to streaming services, but you'd need your own logins. We didn't have ours so had free-to-air to watch instead. Would have been nice to have something set up in full. The pool/sauna area was OK, but just not as lux as had hoped. As soon as a handful of people were in there it felt a bit cramped.

Loved the king bed. Is on the first floor so no views, but easy to get up to. The inside/outside area got some sun which was nice to sit out on when the weather was good. The place was in a convenient location to get around near public transport and/or walking into the city, and the couple of restaurants either side of the building were excellent. In the apartment there were a few base ingredients in the cupboard which was really handy. Some tea/coffee pod options too. The place was set up nicely, very clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were also appreciated. Overall pleasant experience, and like the photos. Just not as 'wow factor' in real life as we'd built up.

My flights times were delayed and then i missed an essential email with instructions on how to get my keys so there was a bit of a mix-up, but when I got onto the property manager it was all sorted out very quickly. The property manager was very helpful.

The apartment is located in the city area of Adelaide close to restaurants, the Central Market, the entertainment precinct, public transport and the river for walking. Everything you need for a holiday is provided. The apartment was very clean and the area was quiet day and night. Highly recommended.

Room had everything we needed in it was well equipped. Clean and tidy, was able to check in a bit earlier which was great as we had our suitcases with us. Close walk into town or bus stop was 5mins walk.

We weren't aware that there is NO ON-SITE PARKING, so you have be aware of the time and keep moving your car. We got one parking fine but 2 hours parking only cost $9 Monday to Friday. There were no instructions on how to use the oven but Frank, the unit manager, was VERY FAST to get back to us with instructions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were there for Tour Down Under and the accommodation was just 800m from the tour village at Victoria Square. The unit had literally everything you need to be self contained and there's an IGA right next door. The bed and lounge were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. We will be staying here in the future for sure.
