The place was dirty, a lot of the items in the room were broken. The fridge froze our drinks solid. The bathroom was disgusting. It was not with the money we paid. Would not recomend

Reception was not manned at check in time and when we called the number on the door, the only person who could come and check us in was 20 minutes away. Room was smaller than expected and needs a facelift. Could have been cleaner.

Location was great, right in the city. They stored our luggage until check in. Good water pressure, great for a hot shower in Hobart cold.

The cleaning has a lot to be desired. dust on the floor near bed head. Dust along the top of the bed head. Shower door not really accessible. The access to the building was not very acceptable. When I arrived there was no one on the premises to allow me to drop of baggage and go to a medical appointment. I had to tote my belongings with me from nine am. in the morning till after 2pm.

No house cleaning whatsoever despite staying 4 nights! Asked for floor to be vacuumed but didn’t happen ! I came home from the beach and some sand followed! Need to go to office to change towels and amenities

The property is clearly in need of TLC. It is very run down and is not quite what we expected. The air con was held together with sticky tape, the two supplied fan heaters only blew cold air. The coffee table was unstable. The curtains were missing hooks, held together with a clothes peg and did not block light out. The windows had old sticky tape on them. The family room was mostly clean, functional and served the purpose for our three nights (two of us) but the sign that says luxury apartments out front is quite misleading.

Some curtains couldn't be pulled open Window sills very dirty Fridge froze foods and then it didn't close because of the freezer being so frozen. Perhaps a small microwave would be great and crockery and cutlery to eat with. Bathroom was extremely small.

The bathroom basin had been fitted into a vanity slab so was below the main level. The overhang had not been cleaned and was full of black mould. Every now and then was a whiff of dirty drain. The cupboard was in the corner of the room, so when the cupboard door was open it blocked the light so it was hard to see what was in the cupboard. The bed was up against the wall so could only be accessed from one side. The lights were very dim. There was no teaspoon for the tea/coffee. To be fair, I wasn't expecting much for that price and the overall cleanliness was fine.

Hard to say - everything was "acceptable" but barely so.

Stairs to room were tricky to navigate with suitcases. Room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Cooking smells from restaurant was off putting.

The noise transferred from outside hallway into the room demonstrated there wasn't any insulation in the walls. No seal around the door allowed light into the room at night. The chairs in the room could be changed out for a small table, desk lamp could be better than a desk light.

Good size room, that was all I needed.
