What a surprise, great apartment right in centre of Darwin with its many surprises, although you have to get on move a little to get best of it

Location was good.

Instructions for lock box location are poor. No parking permit in unit to place on dash as instructed. Receptionist said we needed to pay per night. TV in bedroom did not work. Air con in bedroom only worked infrequently. Bathroom had 3 lights but only 2 very very dim lights worked. Bathroom was not clean. Vacuum stored next to lounge. Wash bucket and mop stored on balcony this all looks ugly. Bedroom cupboard full of linen and ironing board so no where to unpack for a weeks stay.

Cleanliness of bathroom was very poor, toilet was dirty and soap scum/mould around shower and floor. Missing bulb from lamp in living area. So sad, beautiful apartment but felt very unloved

It was a convenient location with good views

Check in was very confusing as we were not given the correct code. After finally contacting the ? owner we were able to enter after an hour of messing around. Once inside the bed situation was not as advertised. Only one bed no sofa bed, not suitable for brother and sister. No extra linen to compensate and sleep on the couch - a 2 seater. Again got in touch with owner who eventually arrived to see if we were correct. Also brought pillows and doona but no sheets. Finally a few hours later we had sheets as well and later a promise of a mattress. This arrived the next day but was a queen size which had to go on the floor in the lounge area. Hence not much room to move around but more comfortable than the couch. The place could do with a decent clean as well. Also the add for the apartment needs to be UPDATED.

Host was excellent at communicating on arrival, location of apartment and view was very good as well. Kitchen had all necessary requirements. Overall very comfy stay, thank you

The apartment is really well laid out with everything you need. Nice to have fans in addition to the aircon, and always nice having a balcony. Perfect location in the middle of town and a short stroll to the waterfront beach where you can swim

Location was exactly what we were looking for, with the view we were after. Great communication from hosts, and easy access to apartment even after hours. Clean and tidy, we would stay again

Cleniliness lack of accurate information fans were dirty splashback was dirty tv wasn’t conecsted to power wifi password on bookings info incoreect info for parking said needed pass for dashboard not supplied.

Location was fantastic. The view was wonderful. Our host kept in touch and where easy to communicate with.

The staff at reception where not interested in helping privately owned unit guest.

We had difficulty with keys to the room and the car park, we couldn't open the wardrobe easily, broken wheels on the runners i think! the washing machine was leaking water and very noisy.Password for internet did not work

We controlled our food expenditure by shopping local and cooking in the room. We were picked up and dropped off from the Darwin Airport with our luggage by the room manager ( Russell ) he was fanatics.

The cooker hood range drew the cooking vapours up but exhaust out the front of the range hood into the room and on one occasion set the fire alarm off The balcony couldn't be used due to air conditioning exhaust fans being blasted by hot air from 2 conditioners from the room and 1 large from the Hotel.

Breakfast n/a. Close to shopping and restaurants nice balcony. Very little noise from surrounding apartments

Unit needs a makeover quite dated. Nowhere to hang clothes. Towels very old and need replacing Hotel reception very unfriendly

Very clean and a great view. Easy to find. Located just next to shops etc. Great sunrise view from the room.
