Heating not effective on cold evenings, bedrooms warm but tiled lounge/dining areas remain cold. Access to additional blankets would have been appreciated. Hand rails in ensuite for older guests should be considered.

General cleaning good but some things not done. Eg fluff all down back of laundry doors from dryer. Fluff and rubbish behind machine Soiling around bathroom taps shows up when lights on. Just detailed cleaning Marks on walls etc. There was also piece of skirting missing in entry foyer beside bathroom door. Ktchen could do with bread knife and instructions to use air fryer. Lift should list what floor room is on and also in build entry or in book in room where gym is located

The pillows were too high and hurt my neck. There were 4 pillow on the bed so they should have had 2 high ones and 2 medium to low ones. That way they cater for all guests.

Beautiful apartment. Very nicely decorated and furnished in a modern style. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Exceptional standards, and right next to a shopping centre that has everything you need and more. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

The apartment could be in one of 10 different buildings but you don’t know until you check in. Be aware of this if travelling with multiple families.

I couldn’t sleep with the window or screen door open as there were too many noises outside such as security gates opening when cars came and went and workers moving garbage bins on mowers on the property early in the morning. Closing the windows or doors rectified this issue.

Very spacious, two bathrooms great kitchen and secure parking under the building. Very comfortable bed, plenty of storage.

A better clean of the bath tub and providing extra towels at the start if people are staying longer. However this was not a deal breaker we did get extra towels on day 3 plus we had a washing machine and dryer so we just washed them.

The location and how spacious the apartment was. We were lucky enough to have 2 carpark spaces. All the amenities that were included made our stay even better.

Our hotel didn't have a hot tub/ spa, only a pool, no extra blankets, only 1 allotted car space, only 2 x fobs for our apartment.

How close it was to Harbourtown. And surfers paradise. Size of the apartment. Room size was great. Laundry area was fantastic, a nice surprise.

Loved the location. Usually book in surfers. So this was a nice change from the busyness of Surfers. It was also nice and clean.

If I have to put something here, it's the gaps between roller blinds. Waken up too early by sunlight in the morning.

We had access to the Netflix movies for the first night but then were kicked off and couldn't get it to work again. Also the TV didn't work to pick up the local stations. When I message to get some help about it I got no reply.
