We really wanted to use the fire-pit outside during night time but was told its only for large groups (nothing online stated this) which is pretty unfair smaller groups or couples.

Location, pool, staff were friendly, bed was super comfy and the pillows were amazing. Overall would definetly visit again.

Shower head was broken and didn’t fit in either holder. Water temp was very difficult to adjust either boiling or freezing. There were two holders which probably means it’s been an issue before but it just falls off them and one is too small. If shower head is fixed it would be perfect. Only stayed one night so wasn’t a huge issue.

Room was great, staff happy and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the bed. Unfortunately, the bed sheets had noticeable hair and dust, which was quite unpleasant. I could feel and even pick them out by touch, which really diminished the comfort. If this hadn’t been a discounted room, I would have raised the issue immediately with the team.

The resort itself and the hospitality from the team were truly amazing. I loved the overall vibe, it felt like a genuine vacation with a refreshing beach and morning atmosphere. Every facility provided was premium, and the team’s service elevated the entire experience, making my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Pitty that the restaurant was closed for renovations. Breakfast package as provided shows good intentions, but cannot beat a well-filled buffet.

Great place to start the Great Ocean Road! The apartment is big and provides a beautiful view on the river; you can even see the ocean.

Having to pay for the use of the trampoline when we have paid to stay and use the facilities. Also there is a bar at the trampoline that we spend money on too

Hard to criticise this resort, we didn't like our short stay, wished we booked longer, lack of onsite parking is a very minor dislike, we only had to walk an extra 10metres by parking offsite, and the gardener saw us and helped my kids with luggage!!

The fantastic balance of a Family friendly environment with Adult Luxury relaxation, we enjoyed tennis and the pool as a family, kids loved jumpz and great wifi, adults enjoyed happy hour and spa treatments 😃😃 And I will say the staff are excelling in every aspect of making guests feel welcome

The bedroom lighting was crazy bright. Had to put a cover over the lights. Could do with some assistance lighting or warm led in at least one bedroom light, they don’t both need to be blaring bright. Could hear people upstairs, so with children going to bed earlier than most this was loud. Kitchen power points were broken so had to move the microwave on the island to use those plugs for kettle/toaster/coffee machine. Kitchen very very small. Lounge only fit two people despite it being accommodation for four. Needs a bigger couch or two additional armchairs. Bathroom shower door falling off and makes terrible clunk when opening and closing like the person is slamming it. Needed all the extra blankets as doona wasn’t warm enough. The glass sliding doors didn’t close properly and the curtains had fallen off the rail a bit. Needs maintenance but we were comfortable but didn’t expect these issues for the price.

Loved the design of the entire place, the reception and entry driveway. Beds / sheets were comfortable, shower had good flow.

The customer service. It was non existing. We were barely greeted by the front desk when we first arrived. When we called the phone, no one picked up or called us back. We didn’t get simple requests like wifi information upon arrival.

The resort facilities and location were perfect. Great distance from the beach and walking trails and if you want to stay in the resort there was plenty to do (tennis’s court, swimming, gym as well as a day spa and drinking options). The rooms were cosy.

Was actually very good. Maybe a local info booklet would’ve been good in the room.

Room was very nice, my daughters and I were very comfortable. Pool was a really good temperature, actually very easy to get into and stay in for awhile. Was easy walking to the beach and shops.
