The location. Great outlook. Inside was beautiful. Its the little details of eggs and bacon home made bread and cookies. Milk in the fridge. Can't speak higher enough about this place. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The cottage itself was perfect and the attention. To detail was superb. Gwen our host had thought of everything and we were so cosy and warm with a fire ready to light on arrival. Freshly made bread and cookies on arrival and bacon and eggs in the fridge . The bath was stand out . A perfect retreat for couples. We will be back

The cottage was very well appointed and had everything we could ever need for a cosy time away. The views from the front deck were beautiful, being out in the country but only a couple of minutes from town was exceptional. The hospitality we received from Gwen was a real treat, freshly baked bread, Anzac biscuits, fresh eggs and the fire all ready to light on our arrival was wonderful. An absolute treat.

The Internet service was very poor, as is typical outside of town in regional areas.

The facilities and the provisions were all first rate. The cottage was well appointed with modern appliances (induction cooktop, drawer dishwasher, washing machine, LG smart TV etc). The provisions were also top notch with fresh farm eggs and bacon, freshly baked wholegrain bread for breakfast, and even 3-ply toilet paper, so often scrimped on by other establishments. The setting on a rural property was beautiful with a lovely view over the hills and sunset to be enjoyed in the evenings. A slow combustion heater was amply supplied with firewood and made the cottage a cozy place in the evening.

For anyone who loves cooking, not sure there is a enough equipment. We just bought salads and fruit and it worked for us.

Exceptionally private location. Beautiful cottage, spotless and as new. Thoughtful construction of space and creative attention to detail that makes you feel warmly welcome (e.g. fluffy towels, linen sheets, large container of filtered water, freshly baked bread and biscuits and fresh farm eggs on arrival.) We especially loved the silence, day and night. The only sounds being twittering wrens, owls, cicadas, frogs and crickets. At night, it was magical. Little fairy lights illuminating the garden added to the charm.

Everything about Grace Cottages was exceptional. Gwen, the host was lovely. Everything that you could need was there and of a high standard. Generous breakfast supplies and homemade biscuits were such a nice touch. High quality, comfortable bed linen and towels. Everything was spotlessly clean too. Would definitely book again.

The location was amazing, perfect for a romantic getaway. The cottage we stayed in had everything we needed and more. We arrived and our breakfast supplies of a loaf of fresh bread, eggs and bacon, were all there waiting, which was amazing as we had that for our easy dinner after a day of travelling. After long hikes, the bath was a great benefit, allowing an indulgent soak of those sore muscles. An additional perk was the bed, normally I wake with a soft back but the bed was amazing allowing me a perfect night sleep.
