handy to town, 2minutes to town centre, clubs, groceries, all handy, found it strange no plates and cutlery, but if you read instructions in room, all available at office. low road noise, overall very reasonable for overnight stay.

I wasn't there long but my check in was later than usual and staff were pleasant and more than happy to accommodate me.

Was very noisy with kids, screaming, yelling & running around outside my room, this continued upto 9pm on the night of my stay, 22nd Sept… Would have been nice to have a glass to use, for water etc. Their was a chair I noticed, had a damaged leg. On arrival, on opening the bathroom door it had 4 blow flies of which I removed & the bathroom did have an unusual odour.. Outside Bottom part of Toilet bowl was not clean.

Room was small for a double and two singles. Very little space between the beds. Single serve UHT milk provided instead of fresh milk. No crockery or cutlery to use for making toast although there is a toaster. Noisy at night right on the highway.

Pet friendly room at this motel. Air-conditioning warmed the room adequately. Lighting options were well placed and were easy to find. Toaster and kettle, fridge provided.

It would have been great if I could have ordered breakfast. The motel is close to everything so it's not a major issue. They may even do breakfasts, I should have asked.

We were travelling with a large pet dog, that was no problem. The room had a good tv, shower, coffee/tea etc and the bed was VERY comfortable. I don't remember seeing a breakfast menu, that would have been nice. I accidentally booked the wrong day but the lady managed to find us a room so that was greatly appreciated.

The mattress rolled into the middle on one side. No working fire alarm. Found in bedside draw without battery and a sticker advising it should be replaced in 2017. Driveway entrance was full of potholes and parking very tight.

Glen innes itself... very limited eating options, lumpy bed.. floor was a bit grubby - but no stress... sort of what I expected for a 3 star hotel

It was a little bit further out of town than we expected so we needed to drive to the shops but it wasn't too bad. The bed was springy and not very comfy.

The motel room was quite spacious and had enough room for us two and our two little dogs. The room was clean and quiet. The sheets were nice and soft. And the level of warm/coolness in the room was ideal for us. We have stayed in other pet motels and this is one of the better ones.

Could do with some better soundproofing of doors and windows. Guests doing late check-ins and early checkouts seemed to let the entire motel know about their movements as noise travelled (and amplified) into our rooms - consider packing some ear plugs.

Friendly staff and the place was clean and comfortable. It has all the brains covered and we were very happy with our stay. There's also friendly little pizza and pasta place just up the road from this motel.
