Deep clean needed but still clean

Location was close enough to walk to most attractions in city.

The room was a little dated, scuff marks and chipped paint on the walls, wear to the floor. The utensils in the kitchen weren't properly cleaned and there was a plate so stained that it was unusable. Overall it was okay.

The location was good, only a 15 minute walk to the main shopping area and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Staff were friendly.

A bit dark at night - simply change the bulbs when they fail !! No sink plugs for both bathrooms. But highly dangerous, the front right cooker ring was permanently on when main wall switch was down. A little bit of general maintenance is all it takes..

Very good location. Close to river & centre. Spacious lounge are & good balcony area. Catches the sunrise. Washing machine and tumble dryer & dish washer were all plus. Room 905

The place could do with a good scrub. The bathroom had black mould and hair. The floor had nail clippings and was dusty. I swept in when I arrived and it definitely was not cleaned before.

We would have loved some extra tea towels and a couple of extra bathroom towels.

We had a very nice stay in a 2 bedroomed apartment on the 7th floor which had a lovely balcony and great views. We were very happy with the apartment and loved the fact that Woolworths was close by for buying our groceries and also a quick walk to the river and onto the ferries. The staff were very helpful showing us maps and where to visit popular places We would definitely stay there again

What i did not like is a bed and couch. Couch is broken. Bed sheets to too small. kitchen floor got weird smell 😳

The "full kitchen" was lacking in pans and dishes. 1 small pot, 1 medium pot, 1 skillet, no dishes or pans that could be used in the oven, and no hot pads (potholders).

The manager, Roger, was very helpful. The location was great for catching the trains, busses, and ferries.

the corridor where the apartment is always smells stuffy and damp. Likewise, the apartment has a scent that seems to be stuck there...opening windows over night does also not help. The interior was a bit spartan and anonymous but certainly for a short-term rental it is probably the way it is. Internet sometimes fluctuated with hours of drop-outs, called the provider, they had the line reset...did not help much, resolve but came back with issues at times...weird

The location was superb in Spring Hill close to riverside, story bridge, Felons, you name it...also getting to QUT 20 min walk to Garden's Point and take the shuttle to Kelvin Grove...very nice...also the pool was very good with 20m length and we did not mind it was indoors, actually well protected from the harsh intense sunlight...staff was very friendly and helpful, also did some minor maintenance repairs while we were there after we reported

The apartment could do with a deep clean. Fresh paint would make a huge difference. The ensuite drains smelled a bit. Just needs a clean and flush. easy fix. The TV was OK but chould be upgraded to a smart TV. I got around this by using a firestick and the free wifi.

I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Even though the second bedroom was locked the living area and balcony was huge. The ability to wash and dry your clothes in the apartment was a game changer for me. It meant I could pack less clothes and have a smaller bag. That 7kg airline limit is no longer something to fear. Loved having a full kitchen. Admittedly I only cooked breakfast. Free wifi was great.

Noise of furniture being dragged constantly above our apartment(905) at 5.50am on a Thursday morning . Possibly people getting ready for work. This isn't management's fault ,happened on one morning only.

Spectacular views and very accommodating staff . Made our trip with kids more enjoyable by being able to check in a day earlier than planned and very late. The dryer was a bonus!

The furniture in my apartment was a little aged and worn, but was more than functional.

The apartment was a nice walk to the CBD, St Andrew's private hospital, supermarket and everything else I needed. The off-street parking was very handy too. Reception has loan umbrellas!

The Tv was u/s the company knew nobody cared. The Place stunk of bacteria the company knew nobody cared The floor was falling apart about some kind of imitation wood The 2 seater couch was a joke heavily stained and way past it's user date The whole studio needs a proper cleaning company Bedding is primitive i slept ok but would not look under the sheet Towels soso and want extra money for towels in swimming pool

Unable to use oven due to missing temperature control knob. Uncomfortable couch and armchair, outside chairs more comfortable. Pillows too thin. Apartment could have been cleaner, rug needs to be replaced, a flat rug not a furry one. Bathroom needs a good spring clean, especially bath area. No one serviced the apartment in the twelve days we were there. Paperwork specified that it would be serviced after seven days. Only two cups provided, expected more utensils etc ..looks like breakages have not been replaced. Crumbs etc under couch cushions. Obviously quick clean ups by service staff. Needs more attention. These comments only refer to the apartment we were in and other apartments may be better.

Needing some electric items for cooking Bins needing to have options to place Rubbish in shoots direct from the top that drops direct into the bins.

Close to Bus and Train stops Rubbish bins more then enough to cater for the rubbish. Rooms great set up Great pool & Gym set up. Staff Friendly people

The location was very convenient for us. It's close to nearby shops and a 15 minute walk from the mall. The facility had a pool and a mini gym which was a bonus. Our Internet got cut off in the middle of the night but was easily and quickly addressed after reporting it to the staff who were very friendly and attentive to the situation. Thank you for your generosity and kind hospitality!
