Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. Beautiful grounds and facilities, and quiet. Will definitely be coming back. Cafe is amazing with super helpful and friendly staff. Even got a great tip on a couple of wineries in the area to visit.

If I had to find something it would probably be, I wish there was a pub there and the cafe was open longer. But I surpose that's because it's a sleepy hideaway so it is the way it is... lovely..

This is our second time and will not be the last... we love the location as we fish and the beach is just there for 4wd.. and it's peaceful clean u have everything u need in your apartment the bbq is always spotless ready for u. Dishwasher makes things quick and easy to up and go. Free car park easy to cart your bags from. Preston is a sleepy peaceful place and it's what we like away from the city crazy people. But just go to the beach and there they are. Also it's AWESUME to be able to walk out on your balcony and u have kangaroos visiting u ..

Outside toilet for the townhouse , very steep stairs , linen not of great quality and couch is worn , restaurant slow but delicious .

No aircon in the loft which was tough in the middle of summer. Need to be prepared and stoked up when visiting as closest town to buy anything is Harvey.

Beautiful surrounds, great to have cafe and bar by the pool but it wasn't open as much as we liked (understandable as its quite isolated). Kids loved the place.

The room upstairs was really hot even with the fan and aircon on. Under the bed was a bit dirty and had stuff left from previous customers. Limited choices for food which is a long wait (30-50minutes) and pricey.

Nice beach shack, beach within walking distance. Ample of parking. Very relaxing reading a book or just laying on the seats on the entertainment deck. Got to see the kangaroos and emu at our doorstep. Pool and grounds are well maintained.

Steps without hand rails are an issue for those with mobility problems or balancing issues. Balconies without protective rails are a liability

The sense of community and the pedestrian areas wher kids could play without worrying about vehicle traffic

The cafe was closed and we weren’t notified. They didn’t have an oven to cook in. It would have been nice to be in a property with grass and extra chairs in the patio. We found the beds very hard

Took to long to have dinner served at the Cafe. It seemed they were favouring take away and kept us waiting. The manager didn't seem to do much to help the staff. Few small things missing in the unit, like a dish drying rack, Things were falling off the walls and the screen door Rollers were stuffed. Could use a bit of maintenance.

Very tidy with lovely grassed areas where Kangaroos would visit every day. Well equipped units appliance wise, comfortable with a great deck to gather with friends.

More attention needed to cleaning - we wondered whether the unit had been unused for some time.

Comfortable and a good layout for two couples. Close to the beach. Obviously great for families with the pool which was well used.

Needs a upgrade on furniture and closet doors and new shower heads half blocked all of them and tv needs to be hung can’t watch it from the bedroom floor and a vacumn would be easier than a broom. Cafe needs longer hours and consistent times and never know when open as they shut kitchen early and it’s the only floor place in the town just a tiny general store that had crazy prices.

The cafe hours were very random , wish it would open longer . We were disappointed to see it closed at 3 on the Sunday. But on the Saturday we did enjoy some cocktails and pizza by the pool . You would definitely need to bring food if staying , do not depend of cafe or little shop close by .

The accommodation had everything we needed but it needs to be revamped . Loads of mozzies and moths in house . Wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. It was very quiet which we did enjoy and loved the extra bonus of seeing the kangaroos about the place .

We asked for an extra mattress for one of our children (teenager) and were provided a cot mattress, luckily the fold out couch worked but the mattress on the couch had definitely seen better days.

The showers in the room need new shower heads.

The location is lovely, close to the beach and the cafe was great for Sunday evening drinks.

the cafe was closed Monday - Thursday and food wasn’t available until 2pm on the Friday.

The sofa's in the living area were quite dirty and we had to put some blankets over them to feel comfortable. The staff were happy to provide extra blankets which we used for this purpose.

having a pool on site and access to the restaurant was very handy as there is not much really nearby. One of the lights was blown and the staff came and fixed it quickly.

The sofas need replacing, they had visible stains and actually stunk, we didn't stay long so avoided them, also we unblocked the shower rose so it sprayed sufficiently and had to fix our daughters cabin shower too

The units were great, nice gardens and outdoor areas ,good sized fridge.TV worked great lots of channels, beds were comfortable too , nice cafe also for take aways

The double bedroom upstairs was very hot as heat rises! no aircon unit just a ceiling fan which wasn’t very powerful. other bedroom and living area have aircon units which we left on to cool the place down. No oven just a small double hot and a bbq. I brought my own air fryer to use as an oven for Christmas dinner cooking. No soap or shower gels provided and had no towels on arrival so asked one of the cleaners on site to bring some. cafe food average but edible.

Good location for the beach and the pool is fair sized and wasn’t over crowded. nice quiet location and the accommodation was compact but clean and ok facilities. friendly staff, nice gardens and lots of kangaroos around. Glad there was a full sized fridge/ freezer as we had lots of food with us due to cafe being closed Christmas Day/Boxing Day.

Nothing to complain about. Just a little dated for price.

Location is ok. Lovely short walk to the beach. Food was really good in Cafe. All in all a good stay.
