Chesterfield was so uncomfortable. I think a refurb is a little needed. Breakfast was average.

Loved waking up to the beautiful countryside and how close it was to drive to town and natural beauty spots in the area. Loved how close the vineyard was for lovely lunch and the wine tastings.

The cottage is a unique and quintessential old world australian, with all the modern convenience and comfort you look for while on vacation It was a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

The outdoor area and furniture needed a good clean, as it was such a great space to spend our time.

Comfortable 3 bedroom house with a lovely view. Nice bathrooms and cute extra spaces.

Only slight issue we had was the lounge which was too low and soft. So a bit less comfort than we hoped for - but everything else was fantastic!

Loved the historical features and furnishings. Included continental breakfast was very generous with sourdough loaf, fresh coffee and more eggs than we could eat! Thanks for the Port and chocolates too!

No wardrobes, the fireplace was in dining area, they should have the lounge near the fireplace and the dining table near the kitchen.

It would have been lovely to have a table outside on the back deck to enjoy a sunny breakfast. The soap needed some soap dishes. The fire place could have used a dust pan and brush to get rid of the ashes so it burned better on the second evening. *There is reverse cycle air con but we didn't use this for heat, and there was a heater in our room which worked great. The pillows were a little big for us but we both slept well.

A clean, comfortable, and homely cottage with everything we expected and some thoughtful touches that really made us feel welcome. The view was really beautiful and great location. Highly recommended

Very basic crockery, linen, furniture. No little creature comforts eg: tissues. The property felt like it was in need of some TLC

There was no oven, I needed some more tea towel (like 1-2 extra) And some paper towels would be great, to clean counters and the dining table

Booked 3 bedrooms for 3 women - as stated on website. When I arrived only 2 rooms available- 3 rd room locked. Tried to charge me extra for 3 rd bedroom till I referred to the booking and website then quickly dropped it!

Arriving at 3 pm to a locked-up house with stifling heat and no aircon relief, we found it unbearable. The lone small aircon in the dining room couldn't cool the entire place, prompting us to move a mattress in dining room for a more comfortable sleep. The house, overdue for pest treatment, was infested with spiders during night, limiting our ability to enjoy the back porch. We cut our stay short due to the heat and inadequate cooling, notifying property management with photos of the issues on day of arrival and additional following morning. Despite this, the owner declined any accommodation cost subsidy, suggesting the property might not be suitable for me and advising to enjoy the Sunshine Coast. I am no city slicker, I live rural in the NT and still was overwhelmed with the amount of spiders (we get regular pest treatment to stay on top of this). Disappointed, as I ended up having to pay double for another nearby property due to late booking, during the peak Christmas period.

When we checked in the pen leaked all over my hand…no big deal these things happen but no apology or response at all from reservations staff.
